Las recepcionistas podrían ser mejores, pero fuera de eso, los especialistas son muy profesionales.

5 Estrella por la Mrs. Medrano de laboratorio , piso 7 edificio de clinicas , me saco sangre al primer intento , en otras ocasiones lo intentan hasta 4 personas diferente ,a veces usando aparatos tecnológicos. Hasta que una tiene suerte o realmente sabe y después . 🤕🤕

Not quality care. You will only see doctors in training or Physician Assistants.

Wait time is god awful like why set an appointment time and not even be on time with the appointment if you have nothing to do and have a boring life this is the place for you because you'll be here for centuries waiting for your turn to be checked out and trust me don't even worry about being ontime for your appointment you'll be checked in 3 hours later so when they say be here by 9am they ment be here at 3 pm because that's how long you'll be waiting.

Service is horrible. U get your lab/test results at a decent rate but it takes a month or more before you can actually speak with anyone about the results. Doesn’t matter if you call everyday they all say the same thing “I’ll put in a request to your doctor/pcp/provider” and nobody ever calls. Even using the app to message doesn’t work. I gave up at about week 3 and found a new pcp and clinic to go to and still never heard back from them in the mean time smh. Just terrible.
