Motor Home Specialist

My husband and I are in town from Missouri and we came and looked around on a Thursday afternoon for fun. We weren’t at all hassled by sales people or made to give our info just to look. We have been to dozens of camper dealers all over the US. We just like to look at them as we will full time RV in a few years. This one was absolutely mind blowing with the amount of inventory. It was so nice that everything was unlocked and we could just help ourselves to look at them without a salesman following us around or only opening select units. We had so much fun and will definitely be back and even buy from them if we can.

Only “con” was we are not too fond of Forest River for quality reasons and a lot of units there were Forest River. They are affordable and our first unit was a FR but they just have a cheap feel to them. They also had a lot of Thor.

Wonderful experience, huge selection. Great process. You are going to find something at this place, I promise you, and if you run out of time, there's a motel really close by. Highly trained technicians educated by the one and only blue Compass RV University next door. People come from all over the United States to attend school at this university, and it's readily available to the staff. The sales staff leaves you alone unless you need them and they even provide you with a golf cart to ride around on all day if necessary they have drinks available in the lobby and a resting area although there are plenty of places to kick your feet back trying out the recliners in the units.

Great experience purchasing our new motorhome. The no pressure style of looking through the huge inventory was just right for us. They give you a golf cart and let you go look.
We worked with Cowboy in sales and Billy in finance. Omar did the walk through on our new rig and answered all our questions. A few minor repairs were taken care before they set us up in the camping area for the night.
Their store is small but has all the basics on hand. Dustin was great and even took a cart to the sales lot to verify a size for a product we wanted to purchase.
Update: after spending the night at their camp ground we discovered a few small issues. We texted Cowboy and he sent Chris right over to take care of everything. Very impressed.

We had a great shopping and buying experience. Buck, the salesman; Chris, our walkthrough guide; Billy, finance; Dustin, sales store; and Matt, our flat towing guide; are fantastic. All of them were extremely helpful and patient on answering all of our questions, even if we asked the same question several times. We stayed in their park area for 2 nights, which I highly recommend. Any little tweaks we needed were handled quickly.

Great experience purchasing our first WindSport motorhome. Sales team was fast and efficient. Chris S spent hours with us going over every inch of the unit, thoroughly going over how to operate it. And he didn’t leave until we were satisfied and confident on how to use it. He was extremely knowledgeable and patient with us.

Great walk-through. Very positive friendly welcoming attitude. No question was silly. I got a chance to take pictures videos and take notes during the walk through. Was very patient with me. I am a nurse and good at that but now I have to learn this new RV and feel confident after this tour.

The funniest thing is him going above and beyond to show how much storage was under the queen bed lol.

Had an incredible experience buying our 2024 Coachman Leprechaun 289KB Class C Motorhome. The delivery experience was amazing. Our Tech, Jason Raines spent time with us to go over every single feature of our new RV. He was knowledgeable, informative, patient, and kind. He later assisted us with installing some accessories we picked out in their retail store. The store manager, Dustin Keck was just awesome. Knew exactly what we needed and assisted in getting the right items for our specific needs. The overnight stay is an incredible service offered by this company. We were able to use and check out every single feature of our new RV. The next morning, Jason stopped by the make sure all was well and helped us with some additional questions. We decided to take a road trip from Desoto County, MS to Alvarado, TX to look at an RV that my husband took a liking to. He loved it! Jordan Buckley was our salesman and Chris Purcel was the finance officer. They were both very happy to help us and were ready for any questions that we had. We could not take it home that day so we had to drive back a week later to pick it up. Joel Garcia was the tech that walked us through the ins and outs of our new RV. He was great! Joel had plenty of patience, lots of time, was very knowledgable about our RV. Usually buying a vehicle is very time consuming and frustrating, this was not. If we are ever in the market again, Motor Home Specialists will be the place!

Just purchased a new Nexus Viper 29V. Clovis and Ethen helped show us the coach. They were so informative, professional and nice. Very helpful in fixing the little bugs before we pulled out. Loved working with them.

The store at the dealership has all the necessities you’ll need for your new RV as well as some nice extras to consider. Prices are a little higher than what you might get elsewhere, but it’s so convenient to have this option on site. Stephanie was very friendly and helpful with price checks. Thanks!

My wife and I purchased a 2024 Holiday Rambler Vacationer 35K from Motorhome Specialist. This was our first motorhome purchase. Our salesman was Buck and he was very professional and helped us through the whole process of the special order and purchase. He helped us with issues after the purchase and found the specialists to fix the problems.
After reading some of the different RV forums and the associated horror stories about sales and service in the industry; I was surprised to see how friendly and knowledgeable everyone in sales, finance, service, and management was to us. Everyone treated us with respect and cared about resolving our issues. They are a solid team that really work together efficiently. I just bought a Consignment 5th wheel, and the process was super smooth. Mat (with one "T") in service did a great job of my delivery walk thru, especially since it was not a brand they sell. "Cowboy" is a remarkable salesman, and I highly encourage anyone to ask for him by name. I bought a motorhome from him about 10 years ago, and he treated my like I buy something from him every year.
