This is the place to go if you need boots for work or play. I have to get boots that have a metatarsal in them for work so I come here every year to ge my boots . There selection is much better than Redwing or any other store around they carry many sizes & brands I've been coming here for the last 4 years & will continue to as long as I need boots. The staff is very friendly & is quick to help you do yourself a favor & check this place out

Robbie is great. I had been looking for boots a while since I ruined my last ones, and thought that the style I previously had were discontinued. He verified they weren't and were staying. But we're not available yet. We stayed in contact and he ended up getting them in, at a time I didn't have the money for them. Anyway, shorter story, I went in to look and I was sure he didn't keep them held for me...but he did. Thanks so much for being a great boot store. I doubt I'll shop anywhere else.

Robbie took good care of me and made sure I was happy with the hat. He spent time talking me through the selection process, picking a size, steaming it, and perfecting the fit/look. Good customer service.

The people there are very friendly and extremely helpful I wound up with the best work boots I've ever worn I highly recommend you give them a visit

My 1st pair of boots from here lasted 5 years before needing to be re-soled. So my husband bought my 2nd pair of custom boots here today.

We are online Cactus Joy customers and this last weekend I brought a bunch of crazy women from Abilene/Clyde and we had the best time. Shopped til we dropped! We love Kelly and Amanda, and Joel.... he is pretty cool too! I have talked with other staff via telephone and they are all so extremely friendly helpful. Stopped in there a few weeks ago to buy a hat, their hat selection was amazing. Personal touch when the owner is helping you shape your hat. Super friendly. Will definitely be back

Awesome boot store! I wear a size 15 in steel toes and they are impossible to find, even in the city. Not only did they have some they had numerous pairs to try on! I found the perfect pair and their price is even cheaper than the big box boot stores and even cheaper than online. We will definitely be back!

They have great prices. Staff is wonderful. They go above and beyond for their customers. Medium sized store.

The people here were so helpful and gave me some tips for my new boots. I have been looking all summer for the perfect boots and finally found them here. From IL and glad I waited for our trip to TX to get a pair! Prices were pretty average.

I have bought my last 3 pairs of squaretoes here! I'm goin today to buy my 4th pair and buy both my sons and daughter a pair today! Reasonable pricing, and always courteous and always knowledge. I know they don't know my name but it feels like I'm part of the family everytime I come in.

Went and got 2 pair of jeans for my hubby and the ladies are always friendly and the gentleman who checked us out is always nice

The staff was very helpful. Though what I wanted was very specific and limited my options a little, they seem to have an extensive inventory: boots of course, lots of work shoes, hats, and even some nice knives and wallets. When I found something I liked that they didn't have in my size they offered to special order what I needed.

The service in this store is exceptional. The prices are good and I always find something that I love. But I have to say again that I am so impressed with the customer service. You don't get stores like this anymore. Keep up the great work😊
