I've never had a problem here. Yeah, there's usually a line. I might have to wait a few minutes. I've rented tools from here, bought parts in person and ordered parts online. I'm usually able to get what I need.

The AC/Heater Fan has been giving me unpredictable performance for a while. I bought the blower fan and speed resistor pack. As usual, AutoZone stocks essential parts for my Grand Caravan. Their employees typically have a wealth of personal knowledge regarding car repairs. I also like that my vehicle models are stored in their database by my phone number. I can never remember if it's a 3.3, 3.6 or 3.8L engine.

Russell was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help me. Whatever y'all are paying him I can guarantee you it's not enough.

How can I give this place 10 star!!!!! Omg, i have never felt so blessed!. I was traveling from Oklahoma City (with 7 kids) on our way to SeaWorld, when my car broken down and my the grace of God i barely pulling into the parking lot of AutoZone. Once I came in Greg was very happy to greet me, I told him my problem and without hesitation he did everything he could to get us back on the road! He figured out it was my alternator, YES even tho this is not part of his duties he was happy to replace it for me in hopes that I would continue my way to San Antonio. This is by far the best AutoZone personnel Ive encounter in my life! #4239! Even Greg's co-workers were excited to help me get me and my children back on our journey! I can't explain how grateful I am to this place for going above and beyond for their customers! A little back story I am a single mother of 8 kids and this is our 1st road trip so you can only imagine the disappointment on their faces when I told them we might not make it, and now imagine the faces and excitement when Greg was able to help us get there. Thanks again sooo sooo much! AutoZone has great people and this only reflects greatness as a company. And if you are ever in Alvarado TX and in need of an AutoZone I was recommended visiting here!

Ron was great! He helped me find my leak in my Radiator, I was going to get some Stop Leak but he went out and found my leak in the side of my radiator and said I needed a different sealer and helped me put it on so I could get home, GREAT Service!

Thank you Juan who helped me with putting on my steering wheel cover, who was scared he would rip the sterling cover! He didn't !! He took it like a champ and went out there and put my steering wheel cover on for me 😁

Went in for some precision files unfortunately they were sold out but believe it or not they had a set that was missing just 1 file. He offered to sell me that set for half the price. Obviously that's a steal no matter what. And the missing file I wasn't ever gonna use anyway. 5 of 5 stars will definitely be a return customer.

My windshield on a rainy and dark night was so difficult to see out of. My wipers & washer fluid did nothing to help. Using a gas station squeegee didn't either. This felt downright dangerous. I saw the Alvarado AutoZone on 67 and pulled in. I knew my wiper blades were very old so I thought it was time for them to go. The amazingly competent and friendly guy on the staff installed new ones for no extra charge. I also bought a bottle of Rain-x and the guy even cleaned my windshield for me with paper towels - then I got to keep the big roll of PTs too!

I had an awesome experience at this Auto Zone like no other. Jess ewe to the extra mile helping me to get my front license plate on. It was no easy feat. Trying to find what worked when as it turned out I had left important pieces at home. He asked his boss , Andy, I believe his name to be, for help. Team work kicked in and it was a done deal!!

My car broke down as I was passing through, and I walked in to AutoZone here in Alvarado TX and asked Juan, ( really nice guy) that I need to check my car he went his way and helped me get me back up and running, I just want to let him know that he is a big asset to the company, people like him its what this world needs. Amazing customer service from Juan E. & Melis Z. They kept me from being stranded.

Very knowledgeable and didn’t make me but something that was still under warranty from somewhere else.

Juan E was very helpful with what we needed (air conditioner for car) and had good attitude !

On our way home to Waco from Fort Worth on a VERY HOT Texas late afternoon, our battery warning light came on. Exhausted from a full day with my three kids and still an hour away from home, this was the last thing we needed!!!

I navigated to the nearest AutoZone which was thankfully just 6 miles away. And WOW! Not only did they help me diagnose the problem quickly (broken serpentine belt), but they sold me a MUCH BETTER belt to replace it and INSTALLED it!

What could have turned into a very expensive problem requiring someone else to come pick us up and then a trip back when a mechanic could fix it, only took about an hour and $25 to resolve.

The staff were all courteous and kind (even when my kids were a bit rowdy and bored in the store). And I'm just SO THANKFUL that they had a mechanic (Russ) who installed the belt.
