Marc has been fantastic helping me fine-tune my system to be exactly how I want it to be. Every situation, and every client, will be different and have a different level of expectations and ways of wanting service, and Marc is the kind of guy I like to deal with. He doesn't dance around anything (not that he's needed to) and just explains things how they are. For example, I can say, "I want this, this and this, and I want it this way," and instead of promising the moon and coming up short, thus hacking off a customer, he takes the time to say what will work and what won't ... and why. And if he doesn't know right off the top of his head the exact parameters of whatever thing I am asking about, he is honest enough to say, "I don't know, but let me do some research and find out."
THAT is the kind of thing I look for in a company owner. Direct, and honest.
My window tint is flawless. My system sounds phenomenal, and my box is perfect. Considering I drag ladders and equipment in and out of a Suburban multiple times a day, that was super important to me. As I slowly, slowly, slowly continue to re-make this beast I dearly love, Wired Kustoms will be involved whenever possible.

Heard about Marc from a guy online and seen some work of his so I went to check it out! I’ve had him do my doors to my truck. Very fast, and amazing quality. Your gonna pay, but it’s worth it. Cheap doesn’t always mean good, and yea I can definitely attest to it. Amazing guy, very knowledgeable, best audio shop I’ve been to.

The guys at wired customs hooked my Corvette up with some very high-end good speakers. Even after a little hiccup due to a previous installation by another company, they stayed two hours past closing time to make sure everything was working correctly. The dedication that Marc showed along with the rest of his crew was highly professional. Great job guys.

I have been to several audio shops and I can say that there are no shops that compare to Wired Kustoms. I met Marc before he had his shop. I drive 4 hours to his house because of the work he was doing out of his garage. He told me where to measure my truck over the phone and he told me the price. I admit I was taken aback because I was used to going to mom and pop stores. He assured me I wouldn't be disappointed and he was right. He went above and beyond on that project. NOBODY and I mean NOBODY can take measurements over the phone and get it right but he did. Best box ever!!! He is very professional and knowlegable!!

If i could give 6 stars, I WOULD!! The knowledge of Marc Miller and his crew is reMARCable!! When I went there, I had no idea what anything was, what amp or sub to go with and Marc took the time, explained exactly what he would do if the truck was his... I was a fan immediately!! I've had work done (big time builds) twice now to my truck (2001 Dodge Ram 2500) and I refuse to go anywhere else!! If you want to be done right, the first time... Hit them up!! You will not find another place like them!! i went there in search of a sound system, but also gained a lasting relationship/friendship as well!! Great people, great customer service!! Had a box built by them took it back because i thought the box was broken turned out it got wet and it was my fault they built a new one and reinstall everything and only charge me materials. They knew i was tight on money and they help me out. I will be taking my future vehicle to them and recommend family and friends.

I want to take a minute and let everyone know about this place!! Marc and the Wired Kustoms crew is the place to go.. went in with a specific idea on a simple, yet effective enclosure and explained what I ultimately wanted..few days later I get a call saying the enclosure is done, fairly quickly in my eyes.. when I went down to pick it up, the rest of the staff was eager to try and help me out, I also liked how everyone called me by my name made me feel "welcome" customer service is 100%!!! When I got around to seeing the enclosure, it was dead on what I was looking for... I'm 10hrs away and I'm going back to have them do my build. I've witnessed them go from a house to a shop and have more work than ever before. They are very professional and very knowledgeable. They won't beat around this bush and they give a fair price for the work they are doing.
