Most friendliest people I've been around at a car dealership or anywhere else always trying to help you being very polite and courteous. Are very professional people. All of them are very easy to talk to.

How do you rate a grocery store?
Staff was super friendly. They have a large selection of foods. Produce is fresh and looks great! Bought a pumpkin roll from the bakery, it was delicious! The wait to check out was short. Cashier was fast and efficient.

I have been out of the area for several years and had forgotten how nice the employees are. They had everything I needed and the store was clean!

The wife and I do a large portion of our grocery shopping at this location and have always had a pleasant experience. The staff is friendly and the store is very clean. Yes the prices are a bit higher than HEB or Walmart but it’s a small town and we don’t have those options here.

Great store. Very helpful employees.

They are more expensive than the giant corporations (I look for the sales and clearance items), but they are closer to my home and the people - employees are always helpful, cordial and respectful. The store is always really clean too.

I forgot to add that they make THE BEST CHICKEN TENDERS!! They are our favorite thing. Plump and tender.

I like that they employ many high school and college age folks too. I'm really trying to support local and small businesses whenever I can.

When my husband and l lived in Alvarado Texas, l bought all my groceries at Brookshires. Got to know all the employees. And there are still people working there that I know . Two of the employees have been 19 yrs. It was a blessing to see them again..

I love the feel of home town grocery but I do not like self checkouts I love the process of being checked out by someone

Good place always room for improvement but old school service. Cart goes to cashier and they unload it. They even still offer to take your bags to your car.

They treat you like family great place to shop been shopping there for 17 yrs..

Always Friendly Staff and Excellent Service!

We are new to the neighborhood and went to Brookshires for the 1st time last week. This will be our new go-to grocery store. The employees have made our experience here wonderful. EVERYONE is pleasant and always willing to help. I have never been to a store where the employees care so much about their customers. We will be here every week for sure!!

Just went in for some quick groceries and I had the best experience I’ve had at any grocery store... from the moment I walked in I was greeted, I was greeted by staff waiting at the end of their register and again when I was ready to checkout. I’ve been here plenty of times but definitely never experienced this before! Whatever has changed there great job staff!

Very wonderful experience. Laid back calm easy going atmosphere. The best part was the meat selection. The combo deal allows to to pick 4 market items for 19.99 saving you around $15 for meat. Wonderful.

The store is well stocked, the veggies are fresh (cost more, but not overpriced for quality), the meat selection is good too. I bought green onions, these were the best and freshest, I've found recently. Hit and miss at times, but overall a great local grocery store, not to head into the city.
