Rowdy Creek Ranch

Always the best experience!! My family and friends and I always enjoy visiting Rowdy Creek! The wine is amazing, staff is always so accommodating and food is fantastic! It’s so nice to have such a great venue and winery in Gilmer.

First time at Rowdy Creek Ranch Winery and it was an awesome experience! It’s a great place. Enjoyed the atmosphere and friendly knowledgeable staff.
I liked the food choices on the menu and chose an order of brisket nachos which were delicious. The owner Dr. Bolnick and his wife very kind and welcoming my kids and I really enjoyed ourselves I will definitely go back again!

Such a great first experience! The weather was beautiful so we sat on the patio. We shared the steak crostini and small charcuterie board. I had the wine flight (Merlot, rose, and blanc du boise), he had the pale ale. Everything was full of flavor and so so good. I love that they also serve beer as my husband doesn’t drink wine, it was nice that there was something for both of us! The staff is nothing short of hospitable and we will absolutely come back!

Visiting a friend in Longview and popped by this cute cute winery. Enjoyed a glass of Cab and a 1/2 a charcuterie board. This board was terrific and PLENTY for the two of us to share! Would definitely make a trip back if I’m ever this way!!

Second year spending Labor Day weekend at Rowdy Creek Ranch and it was even better than the first time! The bunk house was perfect, there was a little more privacy and having the horses right there was so calming. The food was delicious, the wine was wonderful, the live music is always so good, the land was perfectly adventure filled with fishing, paddle boats, paddle boards, kayaks, and walking trails. We can’t wait to come back again.

Enjoyed the beautiful atmosphere and these delicious mimosas as well as the spinach and artichoke quiche at the NYE Brunch. The owner personally served us and showed us so much hospitality. We will definitely be back.

My friends and I took a visit here and it was truly amazing. The place is beautiful and all the wines and food was so amazing, but the best part of the experience was the staff and owner. Everyone took the time to speak with up and it truly meant so much to me. The Sweet people made our time at rowdy creek so memorable and we will definitely be back again!

The hosts, Harold and Deborah greeted us personally. They shared the story and clearly take great pride in their Winery/Ranch. Awesome!

This was our first time at RCR for a date night, and it did not disappoint! To drink, I had the peach mango wine slushie and my husband had the Rowdy Pale Ale. We split half a charcuterie board for an appetizer. I had the five cheese tortellini with garlic bread and salad for my meal. My husband had the garlic cream sauce salmon with smashed potatoes and zucchini casserole. We enjoyed the ambiance and the live music. We’ll definitely be back, and we’ll bring our kiddos next time too.

OMG This is a gem of a place!!! This is an amazing winery as good if not better than any Fredericksburg winery and it’s actually so adorable and quaint and has air Bnb too!!!

Beautiful atmosphere with a wonderful staff to boot! Cant wait to go back and stay the weekend in the vintage RV’s 💕 Had to bring home the Cab and Blanc Du Bois. I can see why they’ve won so many awards. Thank you RCR for a memorable day, we will be back very soon!

Visited Friday night and enjoyed it so much we came back Saturday. Live music was great and had space to two step a little bit. Food was delicious and reasonably priced and the server was excellent. The atmosphere was fun and relaxing. We will definitely be going again. Perfect place for a date night or even to bring the family out.

Pretty scenery, calm atmosphere, friendly staff, great wine, good food. They are very generous with their wine tasting glasses. My favorite was the blush wine. The frozen drinks were very good, too.

We love this winery! That atmosphere is very relaxing and the price is affordable. We recently had a party of almost 40 people this past weekend and Jamie worked with us so we could be together as a group. Jessica our waitress was AMAZING and did a great job. Ask for her on your next trip out there. We look forward to going out there again very soon.

This place is a hidden gem!! If you are looking for a perfect place for a date night, a party, a casual place to relax or a weekend getaway spot, this is your place!! The property is absolutely beautiful & the attention to detail is amazing with every little thing inside the winery! From the stunning views, the yummy food, adorable cottages, great music & of course the phenomenal wine, you won’t be disappointed!

My favorite was the Merlot (Bull). I couldn’t resist trying a wine slushy, I chose the Green Apple flavor, very tasty and refreshing. The owner was very kind and welcoming as he came to our table and shared a little bit about himself and the winery. Thanks Dr. “B”! I will definitely go back again and again!

Wonderful experience! Property is absolutely gorgeous. I did the wine tasting and took home a few bottles because it was that good. Tons of activities available too, from paddle boats to fishing to just taking in the views and wildlife. There is a comfort feeling to the ranch, you’ll see people milling about and horses being ridden by. I will be back soon and often.
Best part is the fabulous kitty I had the pleasure of meeting in the bar area!

Rowdy Creek Ranch Winery is an ‘up and coming winery’ for Texas! We attended their wine club pick up party on Sunday afternoon and had a wonderful time! They have hired a French Chef and we sampled his cooking. It was all amazing! They are building a full kitchen but will still have the food truck we love! Their wines are winning awards. Their wine labels have won international recognition.
They are building 3 cabins in the woods on the property- plus they have their campers to rent. They have a RV park as well.
The property is absolutely beautiful!
I love coming out here! The staff are always so friendly. Dr. Bolnick and his wife Debra are so hospitable. Come give Rowdy Creek Ranch a try.
