I absolutely love this restaurant it's wonderful workers are so high spirit mainly the morning shift.

Last time my food was cold but this time it was hot and I really enjoyed it I know what it's like in the food industry you guys are doing awesome keep up the good work still love Taco Bell I got a box and it's just about gone

We ordered 5 crunchy tacos and went 5 minutes away to our house to eat and the taco shells were already soaked thru and breaking. It was like they were making them in advance to be quick in drivethru. This is part of the reason we don't go there often. I would rather wait 5 minutes for my food for it to be fresh.

First time visit since moving to the area. There was a minor confusion on the order and the manager immediately apologized and comped us two free tacos for our next visit. The staff are super polite and the place is well kept and maintained. We will be back.

Food was hot & fresh and service was excellent.

We went through drive thru to order and the service was excellent and the young man that took our order was friendly helpful and spot on with our order. We got all of our order and ready to go in a timely fashion and enjoyed the fact that the drive thru operator was friendly and helpful with knowledge of the menu. I haven't been inside in a while but the drive thru is bangin. I've always loved taco Bell. It's quick and super affordable. Don't have a lot of cash but have some spare change laying around? Hit up the dollar menu. Pretty hungry? Got $5+tax? Grab the $5 dollar box. Don't forget to ask for taco Bell sauce. 😋

This is my favorite Taco Bell to go to! Always very clean and organized and the staff and management go above and beyond to make sure the guest is happy! It's definitely on the top of my list if places to eat out!

Love me some Taco Bell! Stopped by on our way out of town. Good fresh ingredients in my Chicken Supreme Chalupa and really enjoyed the 5 layer Burrito for my lite repast. I do miss the 7 layer Burrito from back in the day but I do understand how eating habits have changed over the years. Still not a fan of Pepsi but at least there is unsweetened tea and water available. The team at Gilmer is a very friendly and accommodating staff giving this Taco Bell 5 stars from me!

The drive thru cashier with a red ish purple hair was very polite and got our food out quickly. Ordered around 8:40pm and got our food at 8:43pm on Tuesday July 20th.

It's a pretty decent Taco Bell, for a Taco Bell. I've never had a mistake on my order at this location. The restraunt is always clean and employees friendly. What else could you ask for fast food?

This was the 3rd time we stopped here while traveling through Gilmer. All three times the restaurant was clean and the service was fast and friendly. All 3 times we had the chicken from KFC and thr good was always top notch. We have not yet tried the Taco Bell food yet but we will soon and will let everyone know our experience.

Really enjoyed the food very nice and polite gentleman that took my order at the front counter he was in the back they called him to the front to take my order and he came to the front counter in a really quick manner and got my order correctly even thought I was being complicated he recommended menu items to me.. I asked him for his name but I can’t remember it I know it started with a J.

My fav fast food restaurant 😍. Inside was a bit too cool for us at lunch which was fine since this Taco Bell has an outside sitting area. Only problem is they need to clean the outside tables just like the tables inside.

Always gets my order right and very timely at the window. Food is never bad and taste great!

This was my first time using the app and I am super empressed! The order was read back to me to insure the information the team member had was correct and they even marked the items without me even asking on the items containing certain topppings. Very empressed with the app and customer service of the store location!

They have the most upbeat and cheerful staff I have ever encountered working at a Taco Bell. The food was perfect and delicious, I highly recommend this place to everyone in the city of Gilmer or passers through who like Taco Bell.

Good choice for a quick bite on your way home. For as late as we got in the staff was still upbeat and got our food done quick and right. Nice job guys.☺
