AT&T Store

I whole heartedly appreciate the ladies at this location. The manager, Norylein, helped me resolve an issue that occurred at a different location 6 hours away. She’s passionate about her customers and providing immaculate service.

Mr. Logan helped me with a trade-in and I was able to get the iPhone 14! he was very educated and went through different types of phones I could upgrade to and what would most benefit my lifestyle. He was very articulate and thoughtful while working with me!!! I highly recommend getting a phone from this store!! Worth the drive!!

Been to the store to buy multiple things and everytime the employees were extremely helpful. Logan Dyess got me a great deal on a Google Pixel with a really affordable plan. He also suggested a fantastic speaker for my girlfriend's dad.

If you go into this store and Logan is working, ask for him! Very knowledgeable and professional. He helped with all my needs. I wish every AT&T had a Logan Dyess working for them.

Logan was great today! We received a replacement phone and could not get it working. He was patient and helped us get the phone updated and then helped us fix the SOS issue! Go see Logan!

We are so fortunate to have now an AT&T store in Gilmer. Logan, who works in AT&T is fantastic at helping me. He is very knowledgeable about cell phones.
So take advantage and come by and see his.

Great place knowledgeable and friendly staff

The absolute worst I have ever been treated in my entire life doing business with anyone in the retail sector. My experience was with Nona and her manager (I don't have her name). I had a unique situation that I was trying to rectify and stopped in the store to ask for assistance. I was first told that what I was asking for wasn't available to do, an ATT and a Verizon Number on the same phone, and had to show them a screen shot of my last phone to prove that I was indeed correct. I then was told that I had to purchase a new E-Sim card, which I was ok with, and that I couldn't attach it to my new Iphone because it isn't paid off. I was also told that if I tried to scan the new E-Sim to my Verizon then it would void the new E-Sim. I then asked well if I try and it does void it will you just sell me another one? My fault, my money, their gain because they actually could sell me 2 products instead of one. So when I tried to scan, Nora abruptly stood up and marched to the back and then came back and said my manager said we wont sell you any more and when I asked why she said it was because we already told you once it wouldn't work and you didn't listen. I swear I felt like I was in 1st grade again and they were going to threaten me with no recess for not listening. SOOOO not only were they not willing to sell me anything now at this point, they were also willing to let me leave with a phone that won't work. I went to my truck and figured it out on my own, its not rocket science, and left. As a customer that had money willing to spend I felt like they had no willingness to help me and could care less if I was satisfied when I left. Be very careful going to this store cause who knows how you will get treated.
