I called because I had sewer smell in my downstair’s bathroom and they advised me what I could do with my plumbing upstairs to eliminate the odors and they came by next day to check and gave me a few more pointers and they did not charge me a fee. I recommend Don’s Plumbing.

Efficient & proficient in execution of plumbing.

I called this company out to light my daughter's water heater.
He's not there 15 minutes and calls me back saying she needed a new water heater.
He gave me some story about not being able to put another 40 gallon water heater back in so she'd have to go down to a 29 gallon and tha it was going to cost over $1600.00 to replace!
I knew there was no way that could be true so I called Advantage and they came out and found out her gas had just been turned off!

I will never call them again!

I made an appointment over the phone 5 days in advance as that was their earliest availability and then also texted them a confirmation with all the details. My tenants took off work to be home for them and they no-showed!! Don and his wife / assistant whomever answers his phone didn’t so much as call or text me and tell me they weren’t coming anymore. Very dissapointed with their service and professionalism.
