We moved in towards the end of July all the way from Houston. Michelle helped us through the whole process. She was amazing. She explained everything and helped make the move so smooth and stress free. Not only did she meet all our needs, but even after moving in, any questions or concerns (which weren't many) we had were answered and handled immediately. I'd also like to say that the maintenance team is just as great. Every work order I've put in is handled the same day, if not, the next day. The apartments themselves are gorgeous. It's been so easy to call this place home and feel so welcomed.

After seeing different communities in the area, Andalucia Villas has been the best choice we made. Gilbert, Michelle, and Erika have been so helpful during the moving process. It's been a great experience by far. We enjoy the amenities here and love how they truly care about their tenants!

We recently moved in and our experience has been great so far. We ran into an issue where we were supposed to move in on a certain date but due to an unforeseen issue with the apartment not ready the date was going to be delayed by a week, leaving us in a tight spot. After speaking to Gilbert, he went above and beyond and they were able to resolve the problem and expedite getting the apartment ready quickly and we were able to move into our apartment in time. He has been very helpful and attentive.

As a recent tenant here, I’ve gotta say the staff is amazing and is so involved with the all the tenants! The apartments are nice and clean and to top it off the courtesy officers are very courteous and helpful! Not to mention the property manager actually responds to emails! 5/5 recommend renting here!

Michelle was amazing she honestly helps us with every question we had and took us on a tour and we just loved it and the whole experience of it was just so nice that we honestly pictured ourselves there. She was so sweet and friendly and i will definitely be going to her if i need anymore information 🫶🏼

Very friendly! Erika borrego my leasing consultant helped me find an apartment. She worked quickly and got me moved in within 2 days. She also assisted me with all the information I needed.

Really nice nice place, you have to live in here lol. Gilbert de la Rosa was the one showing me the apartments and he was so a lovely guy. I do feel very comfortable talking to him.

Gilbert provided excellent customer service when moving in. They made the move in easy to navigate, options for apartments, storage, and maintenance easy and less stressful. The property is well cared for and attractive.

Ms. Michelle Nunez is really accommodating to the point that whatever we ask and need, or queries regarding our apartment, she make sure we can get an answer and she always do this with a smile. You won’t hesitate to ask from her since she’s really amazing! 😊

Michelle Nunez is an awesome attendant. She always has met whatever need I have. She is very professional person and serves me with a smile!

Up to this point, my time here has been fantastic. On the first night after I moved in, my air conditioning stopped working, but they had it repaired the following morning. I truly appreciate the urgency and care they have shown towards their tenants.

Renting for short periods is a necessary byproduct of my field of work, however stressful. I’ve done it for a long time, and I can confidently say that I’ve seen all types of rentals. Yet in my years as a tenant, few rental properties, if any, come close to the warmth and kindness I’ve experienced so far at Andalucia Villas. From the moment I set foot here after 12+ grueling hours of traveling across state lines, Michelle and Niles were helpful, efficient, and welcoming. Exercising incredible ease as I winded down from moving, they walked me through the remaining details of my lease. They informed me thoroughly on the basics and the ins and outs of the Andalucia community. All while adding details and touches, making me feel at home within the span of an hour as I darted one question after the next. Each they answered calmly and with interest. They are stern, though fair with the community’s rules, and communicate them with clarity and patience. To say nothing of how beautiful the actual property is. Five stars!

It is with mixed emotions I write this. I am excited about a new chapter buy I am sad to leave Andalucia. It has been the absolutely best experience I have ever had renting. Erica and her team have made me feel like family. They are so welcoming and always willing to help. They really exemplify what it is ti run a property properly. They will be missed. Find a way to close Erica and her team and have them run all of your properties. I can express how amazing they are
