Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers

My partner and I went to get my oil changed before I had to go to work. I think the mechanic who spoke with us was named Ray! He was a warm presence and wonderful to talk to! They took care of us efficiently and I really appreciate the great experience!

I have been to Express Oil many times but this experience was by far the best. Ron C took care of me today and was extremely personable, knowledgeable and super quick! He was passionate about his job and excited to be servicing me, which is a trait you don't see much of nowadays. Thank you Ron for a great experience!

I came right at 5:29 when they close at 5:30. For whatever reason, I thought they closed at 7 and they let me know I barely made it in time. I always feel terrible coming in anywhere right before closing, especially on a Friday! But Ron Cederic made me feel comfortable and took good care of me and even told me about a $20 coupon on the website to get money off for my oil change! He is such a bright spirit and definitely knows how to make people feel welcomed and taken care of. Will definitely be back! Also, give Ron a raise!

These employees are awesome. They had the requested oil needed, Kelly was very friendly and very professional. He helped me with the truck engine flush and windshield wipers. Better than the folks at Hoover. Thank you.

Blake and his team did an awesome job on my Buick service on my last visit. He checked my tire for a slow leak and they even took the time to clean the threads on my oil pan. They go out of their way to help their customers, and I would highly recommend Blake for your auto repairs and tires to anyone.

Got my oil changed 5/2/24. Ron changed my oil. This was the best experience I’ve ever had while getting an oil change. He was very personable and experienced and even answered all my questions. He is also apple certified and an electric engineer, so he helped me with my iPad problems while my oil was being changed. I will always change my oil here

As always women experiences are different because we don’t know much about cars when taking my car for to be checked I rate express 💯 today I used a different location it was close to where I live the tech greeted me with a smile and great customer service he was very friendly polite and worked with great customer care for my vehicle he was informative and checked my vehicle without delay I thought I would be late for work because I might have to wait a few minutes but I was just happy that he was able get done as he tried to remove sapp off my windshield usually my driver is 13 minutes needless to say I arrive a half hour early. Thanks to RonC. @EOC on University Blvd 0137 he was a blessing.
