Chick-fil-A

Parking is a hassle, but the new system they have for ordering your food is convenient and fast. They take your order car by car and you pay them on the spot then wait in line for your food. The location does suck but the food and freshly squeezed lemonade is worth it.

I only go through drive through and I feel for the employees as I work out in the oil field and do feel bad there isn't a way they have a cooling system other than water or drinks.

But as for the service those outdoor employees give, it's amazing, through sweat they still have always got my order right and I think they take pride in making sure the lanes go as fast as possible and they are very informative if you don't know what you want, they give great recommendations.

My girls love their food since I moved to Odessa in April, it is their go to above everything and place else and no lie their "nuggets" outmatch any other (also try it with their Chick-fil-A sauce. And their waffle fries taste like McDonald's but bigger and don't dry out near as quick.

Always very clean, and always very fast. They have 2 lanes for their drive through and both still progress faster than most drive-thrus with only 1 lane.

Always good food. Have never had any problems with employees. Even the kids working out in the heat all day have a smile and are fast to greet and tend to your order. 👍

The chicken tasted to astronomical that it sent me too the moon and while I was on the I saw skibidi toilet

Always great my husband loves their Cobb Salad I always get the spicy deluxe I do miss their Watermelon Mint though that was bomb. The new white Peach tea is definitely yummy.

The dining room was very clean. The atmosphere was calming. The staff I spoke with while ordering and getting extra condiments were all very kind and thorough. The manager that took my order was phenomenal. I wish I could remember her name but I remember that she had long reddish brown hair and glasses. She even explained to me how buying sauces at other retail outlets worked.

Can't say I've ever had a bad or even subpar experience at any CfA. This location has very nice kids working there. They were fast and friendly. The food is always good!

Dad was awesome cool dude to have conversation very nice and took care of us /drink refills/and made sure we were over all satisfied we will be back 👍💯 keep up the good work

Chick-fil-A definitely cracked the code on how to get a bunch of people in & out, while providing great customer service, quality food & my order is always correct & prepared properly. I also admire how they actually pay employees a livable wage & stay true to their principles by closing on Sunday's. Thus allowing employees the opportunity to practice their faith, or enjoy time with family/self care. The fact that it trumps the amount of money they could make is amazing & so uncommon. Definitely shows how much integrity this company has, not to mention a system that every fast food restaurant should emulate.👏👏👏

The restaurant was clean and the employees were fast and very friendly. Our order came out quickly and was made correctly. The food was hot and delicious. 5 stars!

Can't say about the atmosphere cause I go tru the drive-in. But I love the fries with the Chick-fil-A sauce.

So I had a Chick-fil-A chicken sandwich and I have not had one in a very long time and it was very good. I would say Popeyes is way better and I know I'm going to get a lot of flack on that because people are so loyal to Chick-fil-A. They are a little overpriced but they are delicious and customer service is A1. Fast and efficient customer service.

Chick-fil-A never disappoints at any location I've visited. Everything is always fresh and the flavor they get into their chicken is insane. Not to mention, their sauces are awesome!

We went yesterday and the cashier accidentally clicked two 8counts instead of one 8 count, and two chicken deluxe sandwiches. I kindly asked what was up and she apologized I didn't need one but she was so sweet I get it happens, the manager apologiezed and fixed the order for us. Very friendly and it was done within 5minutes. It was later in the day not super busy. Amazing customer service, my favorite store.💕c:

This location is awesome! They are usually pretty busy, but still manage to get you your food quickly and it is correct every time! Not to mention two people can get a whole meal each for only about $13. Today we had Justine and she was great! Super friendly and on top of things!
