Some of the people doing these reviews don't know what they're talking about or they're the stupid ones making it difficult/making a mess in the store, like Taimy Morales or Raiza Espino. They made the BOGO sell very clear to me that it's only certain shoes and it was great service!! I absolutely loved talking to all the workers and they were so nice. So helpful!! They're just doing their job, probably it's the customer user problems with their rating being so low 🙄🙄

Such an amazing store! The employees working were absolutely amazing! They helped me looked for what I needed and were so sweet! I didn't catch their names but I definitely loved their customer service. I recommend this place if you're looking for any type of shoe for anyone in your family.

I am a long time customer of RRS. This location was great, I have very small feet and a converse addiction. Normally I don’t find my size but I ended up buying 2 pair because there were so many in my size. I loved it. Finally, a place that stocks small sizes for women.

Hands down the most well-organized shoe store I've ever been to with the best deals to boot! Got 2 top-of-the line pairs of Nikes for a total of $113 (that's with tax)! Absolutely the best place to go shoe shopping in Odessa!

I was only in to look at shoes and stalling time but the employees were very nice and greeted me as I walked in and came to check on me when I seen a pair I liked. Prices were fair and I'll definitely be going back to get shoes on payday. Thanks RRS employees

Always have sales and specials 50% bogo. I can always take my kids and find something for all of them at affordable prices.

We always get our shoes from here, the buy one get one 50% off is always a plus.
