Great customer service! Team member helped me when a promo was not ringing up on the self pay check out machine. Very kind and helpful!

Cashier was friendly. Store was organized when I went in. The store clerks are always trying their best to keep it clean and organized for shoppers.

I love that Target always has the item(s) I am looking for in stock, and what’s better.. they have a Starbucks inside the store also!

My bill came to 82 dollars and I forgot my wallet. Had 80 bucks in cash in my pocket and the checkout lady covered me so we didn't have to put anything back. Amazing act of kindness by the young woman.

THE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I went during the back to school rush and I couldn't find the sizes I needed. A young lady working in the boys department ordered everything I needed from a handheld device right there on the sales floor. I items will be arriving to my front door in 3 days! Thank you to the young lady who helped me...I think her name was Emma or Emily. You dont get excellent customer service like this anymore.

Its the new wal mart long lines people blabbing obscenities in the self check out kiosk frustrated they cant swipe a bar code .Relax breathe there are staff close by just ask they'll help. There are always always always pallets and carts piled and sprinkled thru out the store. I don't care what department I'm in even if the staff member is stocking a shelf its always the same response they whip out a phone like device while explaining its not their department guess what its not MY department either that's why your wearing that red shirt . So now I just use my phone .Amazon delivers to MY door

Very friendly and helpful staff! This is the only place where I can always find my baby's formula, and if it's not stocked in the shelf they have no problem in getting it from storage. Once the kind lady helped carry it to the front of the store as I was juggling my baby and other things. Love this store.

The Starbucks employees Isabella and Jaicelyn are super sweet! They were knowledgeable about their products. They were very welcoming and attended to everyone in the cafe.

Excellent Customer Service. Before going to store I called Electronics Department to verify TV was in stock. As I'd earlier been to Midland store, that online showed having TV in stock but didn't. He verified they had two in stock. When I got there the same young man, didn't get his name, only one working in department at that time 10:00 PM, helped me find the TV and checked on other item I was looking for. When checking out, the Cashier was very friendly and helpful. She showed me how to use the Cartwheel app to get the 10% offer I'd loaded. Even though it was late and close to closing time, both associates were very helpful and never acted like it was a bother. Unfortunately in Midland, due to staffing shortages everywhere, good customer service is rare. Excellent employees, wish I'd have gotten their names so I could provide.

Excellent customer service shown by team member Ashley! She is very knowledgeable of store products and absolutely adds character to this Target. I will no longer be shopping at the Midland location because it truly does not get better than this. 10/10 🤠

Very clean organized even with all this Christmas shopping employees helped me find everything I needed with a smile so very friendly and nice the cashier made good conversation with me while checking out she was fast organized and didn’t toss my things around in a hurry didn’t catch her name but over all best target I’ve been to

Target is such a great place to make a baby registry! It was extremely fun to do with my mother and it was very easy to scan items and see them on your list. I would not only recommend shopping here but to go here for all registries!

I ordered a baby gift on-line and had it delivered to the store. It was available for pick-up the next day. When I picked it up, it took roughly two minutes to get my order. The employees where very friendly and helpful.

I love target- I can find just about anything that I'm looking for and at a good price - groceries, toys, clothing, office supplies, bedding...just about anything.

My kids love this store! They have a nice selection of home decor.
