Our first visit was outstanding! Casual dress, great menu, steaks cooked to perfection, excellent ribs, something for everyone! Very crowded but the service is managed well. Seating was orderly and professional. Very hard working staff. The meals and service make the short wait very worthwhile. This is a “must do” in Odessa. 😎

If you find yourself in Odessa, Texas, I highly recommend making a stop at Texas Roadhouse. Our server Paolo provided us with exceptional service, going above and beyond to ensure our dining experience was top-notch. He was attentive and made sure our drinks were never empty, promptly replacing them with a friendly smile.

The food at Texas Roadhouse was absolutely delicious, and every dish arrived at our table hot and ready to be devoured. The attention to detail in preparing the meals was evident, and we thoroughly enjoyed every bite.

For those who appreciate both excellent service and incredible food, this is the place to visit. Don't forget to ask for Paolo, as he will treat you like family and ensure your dining experience is second to none. We are already looking forward to our next visit and can't wait to return.

The bread was perfect as always and the steak was very tasty and not over cooked or overseasoned.

The service was friendly and everything about the experience was just how I would expect.

We have been eating at this Texas roadhouse for years. Food is always great. (best ribeye in town) Service is always good. My only complaint is the music is too loud for my taste, It’s hard for me to have a conversation with friends and family. A establishment this size should have more stalls in the restrooms(my opinion). Thank you Ashley she was always a great server and now an even better manager!

It’s always a treat to go here and have a tasty dinner with friends! Prices aren’t too high like a lot of steakhouses so it makes this place ideal for a monthly bite! The steaks are great, but dare I say it is the rolls that are truly addicting! And the service is almost always very friendly and fast!
If I had to complain about anything though, they are often very crowded (UNDERSTANDABLY) but they have little to no Covid safety measures for the wait, recently just to get my table after waiting outside out of the crowd, my friend and I had to squeeze and get stuck in a flood of people, I feel like they could find a better system do lighten the human traffic jams, at least during the pandemic.

Surprisingly fast service. I had quit doing full service restaurants in latest inflation surge, so was surprised that tab was less than a Ulysses Grant per head. Best steak nd shrimp combo I've had in past 36 months. They did great workaround on sweet tea machine breakdown, and had plenty of hot bread.

Our FAVORITE place to eat as a FAMILY! Great atmosphere, great and friendly staff, food always comes out in a timely manner, and if there’s ever any discrepancy, they always make it right. Aitana is a great Manager and will definitely be missed at this location ! A Huge thank you to the friendly staff for always making this an enjoyable experience for my family’s weekly dinners , wouldn’t spend it anywhere else ! Always a great time !

Service was quick and precise. We were seated immediately amidst lunch hour rush hour. The food was prepared as ordered and the server was very attentive. Good prices, good eats, good pick!

Wait time was less than 0-10 minutes when I checked this past Friday. Had the best 12 oz ribeye I’ve ever had. Couldn’t believe it! Was busy but maintained well. Our server was Elizabeth. She was soft spoken but did a great job.

I recently visited a place with fantastic food and drinks. The Western atmosphere added excitement to the experience. The fast check-out using electronic devices on tablets was convenient and efficient, enhancing overall satisfaction.

Best dinner date we had in a while. The food was top tier , hot fresh n so good. Service was perfect, definitely will be going back to the Odessa tx location

There food is Great and the Waiters and Waitresses are All Excellent.!

We were here on a Saturday evening for our grandsons birthday celebration. Our group was seated promptly and our waiter was awesome. The food came out quickly and correct. And it was delicious. Thanks for making him feel so special at the end of the evening.

I had the Ft Worth 16 oz ribeye steak and it was delicious and cooked to perfection. I had the loaded baked potato and mashed potatoes and brown gravy for the sides. The rolls were perfect and the cactus blossom onion and fried pickles. 👏

Delicious food service was quick and very polite staff but seemed cramp it was packed. But I'm most definitely going to go back at some point.

Me, my daughter, and grandchildren have been here several times and the reason we keep coming back is because of how great it is. The atmosphere, the employees, but most of all I really think is the food. Thank you Texas Roadhouse.

I've always had a good time there anytime I've ever went. I wanted to go a couple of times just by myself just to eat and relax and not worry about anything. But I've been told that they try to sit you at the bar while I have a disability so I wouldn't be able to climb in those big chairs that they have at the bars. I wouldn't be able to pick myself up to get in one of those chairs

America was our server. She was on it! Our food was cooked how we ordered. All in all great food and great service. Busy atmosphere
