Odessa Municipal Court

When I went in to handle my ticket, the line was very fast less then 20 mins. I had to call to find out when my information had to be back; it was less than a 1 minute phone to get my dates.

I think they just have a bunch of lazy people working there. They would rather sit around and gossip rather than pickup the phone and help someone.

Un professional has changed court dates with little notice to times when they are not ready having the tax payers standing around not making money to be taxed to pay for all of thid

Have had a hold on my license for months AFTER I paid my tickets and is still taking WEEKS to release my license. And if I get in more trouble for driving to work they could care less. But I need to renew my license and they are doing everything they can not too help I have called literally 10+ Times in the last month trying to resolve this issue but they still have the same story that they are waiting for some department to release the hold after I have already talked to the state and they confirmed that the hold has still not been released. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE SERVICE

Well they send you a letter stating to download an app and have a quasi court hearing. They sign tickets for you, and they issue citations after the fact. They don't answer the phone, they don't want to admit that they took a $5k savings bond and the citation is for the taxes on the bond, they won't even reschedule the quasi court for in person. I'm pretty sure they've committed fraud but because everything is bar association they don't want to talk to you, information is extremely limited when you tell them the calls are recorded

Stayed on phone 30min. Four times I've been hung up on. Must be time to go home. God forbid you take one more call!

This is a disgrace of a courthouse. Went in to dispute a ticket and was told I would be let off with a warning. Almost a year later and I have two warrants for my arrest.

Crowded place not enough chairs to sit!! One employee working window with a lobby of twenty five people standing/ sitting.

No one answers the phone!!!!

Charged way too much for minor speeding. There’s a pandemic and people are just scraping buy and you’re gonna charge me $330+

My son went to school for a ticket now he have a warrant for that they don't do there job just want money don't help the people that trying to do right

This place never answers calls, isn't helpful with anything and couldn't tell me what time my court is or what day.

Was told I would be let off.. That was a lie.
