With longer lines and progressively later food arrival at every eatery along 8th street at lunch time, combined with not having the option of a 2 to 3 hour lunch break waiting on your food, the deli here is fast enough to actually have time to eat, and enjoy it.

Stopwatch times have sometimes been under 6 minutes from engine stop on parking space until engine start, unless you are also getting other groceries.

With continued fast food inflation outpacing real purchasing power, the deli is also one of the few ways to get fed quickly and still stay within budget.

Also, one can grab fresh produce for a healthier more balanced diet, compared to most fast food, and the geography saves a lot of gas, mileage, and time.

Staff is knowledgeable and helpful. Usually everything is well stocked.

Parking is adequate, and access via 7th Street avoids the high density near-gridlock
approaching via 8th.

I received the best customer service today when I called United on 8th street in Odessa to order flowers over the phone. Catalina Ontiveros went above and beyond to create an extra special arrangement!! When you experience the loss of a loved one, it’s not easy to express your sympathy to the family - but Catalina took the time to listen and sent me a picture of her beautiful design! I’m so lucky that she answered the phone today!!!

Tired of the hectic HEB life? Do yourself a favor and shop at United for once. It’s chilllll my friend.

My # 1 favorite United Supermarket is the one on Country Rd has been for the past 25 yrs

It was good, United little pricey but closer than Heb& Walmart. Look for veggie sticks didn’t find them, ramen noodle hit & spicy were out. Overall visit was okay, got what I needed.

I don't give many 5 star reviews but this store is one of the best grocery stores i have ever been to. There is another united supermarket here in odessa but it does not compare to this one. Why these 2 are different are crazy, but this one that i went to had very excellent customer service and the store was cleaner than any other store I've seen.

Myself and mom, great experience, we went in for flu/pneumonia shot, very nice gentleman in speaking and ministuring shots for us both, and wasn't painful administrating the shots, great customer service, thank you United Supermarket

No they aren't as cheap as Walmart but I'll gladly pay the little bit more for the courteous staff plus no crowd like at Walmart. Some of the staff have been there for years and make it a point to say hello and ask how you are when they see you, you don't get that at other stores.

Well stocked, friendly check out staff, prices are good. Expected grocery store experience.

Great hours; staff is very friendly, helpful and efficient; good variety of product. Worth paying a bit more for groceries and essentials for convenient location and staff.

It's a good place but if you ever need to use Money Gram to send money to someone you actually know in Nigeria that is actually from the United state's but works in Nigeria it's heck doing so
