Would I go back to this location after having issues with their online app .. Most definitely!! Monica (store assistant) actually made the whole ordeal pleasant .. I stopped by the store and explained to her what had happened I got a smile and an apology she placed my order all over again while making conversation with me .. She made me laugh and feel at home .. I really loved the way she handled the situation, now that's good customer service!!

Ordered pizza and wings from here on 11/1/22 and the food was phenomenal. Everyone who worked that night did such a great job with the food! Everything was still nice and hot by the time it got to our house. The delivery driver was also very friendly, many kudos and blessings to you all.

This location always has my order done on time , delicious, and I never have to worry about it being wrong. I was there early and they rushed my order , when I told them to take their time. They also gave extra wings from our wait, even though we were early. This location has the sweetest staff, especially the girl that cashiered yesterday! I definitely recommend 100% , we always get the big dinner box with breadsticks and honey bbq wings!

I just placed my order 20 minutes ago over the phone and my food is perfect it’s hot

Delivery service was timely, within the alloted time indicated on the order. Driver was pleasant and professional.

Pizza was perfect! We had a little wait but learned that the facility was short staffed once the pizza was delivered. Driver was super apologetic for the wait. With that being said it was like it had just come out of the oven! Thanks Pizza Hut for saving the night for dinner!

Service is as extremely fast for a popular ordering hour. Pizza was hot and tasted even better than I imagined ordering it . The stuffed crust baked with Parmesan on top tasted like fresh cheese itz . So yummy wish I could have this every night

Last night at 9:35 on 42 ND st in Odessa,Texas we went to pick up our pizza and it was made just how we order it it was very very delicious who ever made the pizza did a good job!!!Thanks Pizza Hut For Ever!!!!!:)

Met an employee named Anthony tonight. Ordered our usual and when he was delivering our food, he told us about a blend on thg he wings that he does, then he made some for us to try. Fantastic, you have got to go in and ask for Anthony and his wing blend. It is a mix of lemon pepper, cajun seasoning, bbq sauce and a hot sauce. Some of the best wings I have ever had. Service was fast and food was great.

Everyone at this location are going above and beyond! My order was absolutely perfect, and so much faster than they said it would be.

Very quick delivery! People were very nice, food was delicious, and they didn't forget anything or mess up the order. I couldn't ask for more, I am happy.

I give them employees props they seem under staffed but they were doing their best and with a great attitude. Management needs to take notice before they lose their good employees.

Pizza was excellent, best wings in town, and the service was very pleasant. I'm glad we chose this location to dine in.

Super good restaurant, very friendly staff, and very clean dining room. This pizza hut still really has that original family dining atmosphere which is really nice. Definitely worth the stop

I accidentally ordered a pizza with no cheese Heather Mark and Dalton made sure to give me a pizza that actually had cheese on it my mistake and they completely took care of it with a smile so thankful!

The food was hot and very tasty. The delivery order arrived in a timely manner and the driver was very courteous.
