Bojangles

After not being served at another local fast food restaurant next door, I went into the Bogangles on Gadsden Hwy Birmingham, AL and ordered three chicken fingers and fries. The food came out in a reasonable time and as I prepared to eat, one of the employees came out and gave me another chicken finger and hot fries and said she was doing it because she was not satisfied with the food I had received and wanted me to have fresher hotter food! The food I was given was just fine, but I was very appreciative of her care and customer service! As a customer service rep for over 45 years myself, I wanted to acknowledge her great service!

My experience hear was great fast servicesnd it was a really nice place to eat. They go out of their way to make things right. Great maniger name autom is the GM hear. Great person doing a wonderful job. I was treated like family i give yhem a 5 stars cause they was nice and fast and great food. If something is wrong call and talk to A GM and they will make it right. Autom the GM was a great respectful woman and made sure my experience was great. Thank you and I will be back again.🥰🥰🥰🥰

I must say that the new fish sandwich was the best I ever had from a fast food joint . It was cooked to order and it has the texture of homemade fish, that has been fried in corn meal. The seasoning that they put on it was great and was tasted throughout the sandwich. Very seasoned filet of fish and comes on a quality bun. I had mine plain with only cheese. I would definitely order the sandwich again. It was not thrown together either.

Better than Popeyes KFC and Churches

Don’t know what you Trussville folk are complaining about, I’d be so grateful to have this location near me instead of the Fultondale one!
Been here 3 times in the past week and food and service have all been timely, hot , and tasted great! Seriously don’t take this location for granted, good Bojangles are few and far in between these days.

Biscuits were hot! Eggs were just right! Potatoes were great too! Fast service! Couldn't have asked for better!

Food was delicious! We were disappointed that there were no hot veggies and dirty rice though. But I guess y'all don't do those now. We had french fries but would have rather had the other stuff . Staff was friend and food came up quick.

I am giving this Bojangles 5 stars, because their food is AMAZING. Especially their biscuits, better than grandma, mom, and Jack’s! The manager Autumn did learn how to make something ‘right’ today. I hope in her heart, she will always remembers to: say what you do and do what you say❣✌🌸 Thank you Autumn for making it right.

They are advertised that they close at 7 they stay open till 10 p.m. sunday through Thursday weekend they close at 11 p.m. and they are Under New Management a great team

Got right when they opened made my order took about 15 minutes had a issue with oven manage was nice she brought my food out thanked me for being patient gave me an extra biscuit didn't have to . Like I said she was nice . I go in for dinner often .

Staff was incredibly helpful when I came in alone with my two young children. The food always tastes amazing and it's a really clean place! We will be back soon again for dining in.

Always good fresh if you ask for it fresh and biscuts are so fluffy inside and crunchy edges ...golden brown and delish...love them..on photo because I ate the darn thing as soon as I got it..sorry..maybe next a pic...

Nothing wrong with this place in my opinion. My taste buds enjoy the spicy-but-not-greasy fried chicken & Cajun fixins. I also love their fresh iced tea and customer service.

We went to drive thru it was so good ....best fries too!

Dependable as always! Breakfast is always a winner. Roast beef, mashed potatoes, fried okra & cornbread were very good!! We will be back!

It was late but they still took care of me because I thought they closed at 10PM when they actually were closing at 9PM but they were great
