5 starts is just not enough for this amazing place! I live in Tuscaloosa and came to Birmingham just for this shop. I walked in a told the wonderful lady what I needed and she got right on it. Had so much fun with the sweet young ladies on Saturday 9.11.2021. Very helpful! Thanks for a great shopping experience. Purchased some peepers, a dress and an under garment to wear with my dress. All three ladies were so sweet. Knowledgeable and informative! Will do that again. 😘😘😘

I cannot speak highly enough about my experience at Serendipity!! I needed an outfit for a special occasion and the staff picked several items out I would have never thought about, and I wound up getting the perfect dress along with a few extras I just HAD to have! They really know their stuff and are just as friendly as all get-out! Definitely going back!!!

I went into Serendipity yesterday morning to purchase a dress for a wedding this coming weekend. When I walked in one of the employees asked me if I was looking for anything in particular. I explained what I need and immediately all the employees starting looking through their inventory to find me the perfect dress. Within minutes I had several dresses to choose from as well as jewelry to match. Everyone there was extremely friendly and accommodating. I didn’t feel as if they were just trying to sell me something just to make money. I went in the boutique with a T-shirt and shorts on, messy hair and very little makeup. They still made me feel comfortable. I left with the perfect dress and a little something extra. I will definitely be shopping with them again!!

It was just what I needed yesterday! I was struggling with finding something for my son’s upcoming wedding. When I walked in I knew I had found the right place. I had seen the shop many times, but had never in there. I had heard good things about the shop, and now o understand why. I was taken care of like a high end women’s shop — which it IS!! I’ll be back for sure.

The staff was really nice & the store is very organized! I was greeted soon after I stepped inside the store & I also found some awesome pieces!! I will be back soon!!!

I Was in Birmingham for business and I went to the Trussville location in between customer appointments and had one of the best shopping experiences ever. The staff was extremely helpful and very polite!!! They have the cutest apparel, unique jewelry, and a variety of hand bags and shoes. I can’t wait until my next trip to Birmingham so I can shop some more.
