AT&T Store

Jarrell was amazing to see in the store . He was in there by his self and made sure that everyone was taking care of in a timely matter It was very impressive to see his skills at work. He even took the extra time to offer drinks for people that was their. Now that's customer service, but I enjoyed him working and seeing him multitasking. Keep him around to whom it may concern .

My experience at AT&T today 1-27-24 with Jamese Abrams was PHENOMENALLY amazing. I loved her attitude I loved how she has patience with all her customers and most of all I loved how she got me exactly what I needed and wanted. I definitely rate her a 10 if I could. Awesome job

Very welcoming, professional and great services. Recently I’ve had a lot of problems and unexpected charges on my bill. This has been going on for months when I discovered the charges. But they were able to correct my bill and saved me money in another purchase in the store. Thanks to Jamese Abrams and Winston Black.

Lamarr and Kaleah were sooooo helpful and sweet, they were very patient and they both were multitasking while communicating effectively to all the customers. They listened to all my questions and made sure my phone was working properly before I left the store they deserve all the recognition and respect within in retail and phone services, I won’t be going anywhere else as long as they are there !!!

Great experience with jamese. She took her time with getting me set up and she also showed me how to set up at home. Lamar also helped so thank you to both of them. Definitely a huge help.

Jarrell at the Roebuck Pkwy store in Birmingham Alabama is the best!!! There was an issue that I had (that did not have anything to do with him) and yet Jarrell worked with me until he got that issue taken care of. He was very nice and kind from the beginning to the end. Thanks again, Jarrell!!

What a wonderful team at the Roebuck location ! Lamarr went above and beyond for me today ! He was not giving up until I got exactly what I wanted! Key was amazing!! My phone wouldn’t charge. She took the case off and cleaned the charging port and just like that, my IPhone was working again. She’s super friendly and gave great customer service!
