They have this "fast check out thing at the register where you put each item down on this pad thing with dark circles on it. Now mind you I had never seen anything like this & felt like an alien from another planet, not knowing the exact way this futuristic awesome thing worked. Unfortunately I had about 8 items & I just dropped them all down on the pad at one time. I totally confused the machine. It was charging me for items the people who had just left before paid for. I royally flubbed it up. But despite the embarrassment I felt the checkout lady finally got it pretty close to the right price.
Now I know how to use this new contraption & it actually is a "time saver" plus I somehow got a free $4 hot & fresh breakfast food item out of it.

The pumps here are so jank. One doesn't have the notches, so you have to hold it the whole time. Another won't automatically shut off when full and so I paid to extra for gas all over my car and the ground, not to mention, i don't think they're measuring correctly. One told me that I bought more gas than my car can even hold.

Out in the area working stop here since the store on PKWY restrooms and exit doors were blocked this store also has restrooms closed not in services so I’ll go to another location to spend my money where the restrooms are available for customers. Where do the workers used the restroom?

Most the time it's alright. Except the fact they are not very helpful when it comes to check out.. I felt like I was searching for the cashier all over the store.. then I was broke down with a dead battery and needed to charge a jump box I have and the older gentleman running the gas station this night was super rude and hate. I honestly will not be stopping at this gas station no more unless I really have too.

Circle K is always the worst. Pimps out of service or diesel pump that don’t actually fit diesel cars.

This store, Ive never had a problem with before this night. I came in to pay for my gas I had dollars and some dollars were In change. Could not help it but that's how it was. The cashier who was working knew the customers that were in there, the cashier rolled her eyes and laughed along with the customer that was in there. Annoyed that I had change and was counting it out. I work hard for the money I do have. Pay my bills with the money I make and sometimes it's not enough and yes I do have change sometimes and pay with it instead of bills. I just didn't like the attitude and belittling I felt from them when in reality the nappy hair she had prob wasn't even worth the $5 I had in change...

I was purchasing $100-$300 a week in fuel at this store for my company truck. I pay at the pump with my business debit card. I have to have a receipt to turn in, but the pump always says see cashier for receipt. The purpose of paying at the pump is convenience so you don't have to go in the store. It may seem trivial, but moving your vehicle because someone is behind you waiting for you to move, going inside, standing in line and then getting attitude from the clerk is a little INCONVENIENT. You have lost a customer.

The location at 232 Roebuck Plaza Dr, Birmingham, AL 35206 is unprofessional. The cashier with the taboggin and nose ring was playing music with cursing and inappropriate language. I find this unacceptable and as a result I will be boycotting this location. In addition, I will ensure this is reported to the city council for businesses in the community that lack service, professionalism and respect. I will continue with a review of this location and a report to the better business bureau. It is apparent there is no leadership at this location and accountability,...shameful!!

Rude lazy lady can't even help people at the self checkout, only scream at customers.

I will not be shop here ever again. Today I was asked to step aside for customers to be helped but I was in line before them and all I needed was a receipt.
