Briggs Tax Services

I've used Briggs Tax Service for about 11-12 years and plan on continuing. All the people that work there are polite, friendly but importantly very knowledgeable in tax preparation!

Briggs has been doing my taxes 25 yrs plus. Everyone is very nice and helpful. I will never go anywhere else.

Great tax service nice people but very slow

We’ve used Briggs for the last 7 years. Last year we had a bad experience and this year wasn’t much better. Terry is great and the lady that did our taxes this year was nice but the short haired lady at the front desk was rude and very unprofessional

I've used them for the last 5 years, but it's steadily gotten much worse every year. I dropped off my 2022 tax forms in early February, it's now almost May and I've heard nothing. Nobody answers the phone, so checking a status is impossible. Something told me to look at a different place when we're still shoving our government documents through a mail slot after filling out a poorly written form that's almost impossible to understand.

They've had my taxes for over 6 weeks. Can't ever get ahold of anyone. And they never even did my taxes. Absolutely terrible service....

They never answer the phone and iv been waiting over 2 months to hear back from them on my return after they told me it would take 4 weeks
