Dr. John Mann

I recently fell at home and broke my right hip! I was then transported to the emergency room at Helen Keller hosp! I found out the hip needed surgical repair! I was told my “Man”. Dr John Mann of North Alabama Bone & Joint Clinic was on call for emergency surgery! I went straight to surgery! And 2 hours later I was in a room to start my post surgery rehab! Dr Mann was great he explained the procedure prior to surgery and did a super job of repair! I was later told that most people usually had to wait a couple of days to get into the operating room! Thanks “Doc”. Could not have asked for more! I am now in rehab and doing great ! John did a superb job of inserting steel plates and pins and other medical hardware! Because he is a great young Surgeon!

Dr Mann has done surgery on one knee for a meniscus tear. He has a great concern for my health and well being. I believe he truly cares about his patients. Possible knee replacement is being considered right now but in the meantime he tries to help ease my pain in every way he can. He’s not going to do a surgery without making sure that’s the problem. His whole staff are very pleasant, concerned and helpful.

NAB&J worked me in on a Friday to evaluate a case of bursitis after a phone call on Thursday when I thought I may have fractured by elbow in a fall. They are so personable, professional, and efficient. Dr. John Mann is great, explains the issues and recommended actions and options, and answers questions in detail. This practice treats you like family!

From the time I got called back to the time I checked out, everyone was so nice and made me fell comfortable. Dr. Mann was great by knowing what was going on and fixed it. Thanks to all at NABJ.
