Friendly customer Service, Slightly unprofessional. All those extra fees!!! Voice mail always full. 1st time, last time. Wont be going back.

DONT EVER GO TO THIS PLACE….. There doing fraud and hiding fees on peoples returns… They did my taxes last year.. they charged me over a $1000.00 in fees…. And they told didn’t tell me I owed the IRS. Turns out I never owed. They hold your tax documents won’t release this to you. Very unprofessional organization.
