As soon as you walk in the door 🚪 you feel like your at a friend's. They have EVERYTHING you need and if for some reason they don't, they will get it& SOON. They have the BEST prices the BEST quality! You'll find things there , you didn't know existed and be so thankful. I drive almost 2 hours JUST to come here because I REFUSE to go elsewhere. Why? Because everywhere else CAN'T compare to their products or prices. I absolutely love this place and Sheila is my angel. If you haven't gone, you're MISSING out. Thank me later.

Owners are amazing. Very helpful and know what they are talking about. New blonde headed lady? Not so helpful nor seems to want to help or be there. Asked questions about adult items and was told "I dont know, Im not a man" i said "Well customers tell you if the items are good or not" was very uncomfortable talking and shopping with her. Wont shop again unless im dealing with the owners

I have been visiting this establishment for over 15 years. It has the same owners, and the same quality of Pyrex all throughout the years. They have the best Pyrex money can buy at extremely affordable prices. Owners and employees are all very helpful, super friendly, and if there is anything else you needed, wanted, or desired they will even be happy to order it for you.

As soon as you walk in you are invited by this amazing aroma from all the incense. Nice variety of products. And the man that was working was so helpful and nice. Will definitely be back if I can make it out this way again.

I have been shopping there for many years. And i honestly can say I have never had a bad experience. Everyone who works there is always very polite and respectful even when I know I have to be driving them crazy with all my questions! I will probably still be shopping for a very long time

This place has one of my favorite products that are limited to find just anywhere and shares a memory where a friend brought me here to show me this particular product for the first time ever. I love this place they are great people always friendly and I've known them for years. Have great selection of pipes water pipes and adult toys! Maybe a little over priced but t worth the money to help a local business.

Great novelty store but however some of their adult products break very easily I have spent well over $200 within the last 6 months and I understand things break but when you spend that kind of money on the same item they should definitely give you some kind of Kick Back or find a product that would be better and they could guarantee I've had to take one back within 24 hours before

without a doubt THE best place anywhere in the Birmingham area to buy glass. sure, almost every other store has cheaper prices, but it's for a reason. everywhere else I have ever gotten glass from, whether a gas station or actual shop, it's almost always acrylic instead.
Uptown Novelty's glassware is undeniably borosilicate (pyrex) and their customer service CANNOT be beat!!

I have been going to uptown since in was 18 and still the same owner and still is as helpful as always on will never go anywhere to buy me pipes and..... Give it and try and never use real names of anything he could be shut down just be because..

I love that place and the things in it. They have a lot of choices. The incense are amazing I love the way they smell. Everybody is so sweet there.

I just think the customer service is the best you're gonna find in that part of town especially but everyone that works there is super friendly and helpful its just always been one of my favorite places to go and that is largely in part to how I have always been treated when im there.
