As an attorney working with real estate matters, I regularly require information and communication with property managers. I have had the great pleasure of working multiple times with Senior Account Manager Alexandra Carmigiano at Property Specialists. Alexandra returns emails and calls promptly, and is a wealth of information regarding the properties she manages. Real estate matters often have time related deadlines, and urgency is important, and Alexandra is cognizant and respectful of that. Even though she has many other duties and responsibilities to attend to, we always hear back from her in a timely manner. If you are working with any properties managed by Property Specialists Inc, you will be fortunate if you can work with Alexandra.

Excellent customer service and support from Property Specialists, particularly from the association manager for Mason Pointe, Amanda McCoy. She’s professional, follows up on the issues and gets them resolved.

I am very pleased with the snow removal provided by the Property Specialist HOA team specifically when every 24-36 hours/ and repeated 24-36 hours ongoing / it snows, freezes, below zero cycles.
I noticed the landscaping snow removal team made sure the large piles of snow along driveway at the street - curb piled by village plowing the street that they had a nice drivable machine w/ a solid plow to keep the bottom of the driveway very clear .
I know our Property Mgr. Mr. Vito P. was very aware and keeping up w/ the snow removal process.
I know folks can be critical but they aren't out there in the elements. Mr. Vito P. Mgr. should be pleased residents at Galena Wild Spring Itasca development can come home from work to a clean driveway or leave for work with snow removed bc the landscaping people work hard.
And with people's work schedules coming and going to and from their homes, it turns into a 30 hour day up from the 24.

We just completed another Budget Review Focus Meeting led by Cristy Ulrich, Property Manager for our golf course subdivision of 374 homes. Cristy continually provides our board with precise, timely and helpful information that assists us in best decisions to manage our HOA for the safety, happiness and betterment of our residents. Thank you Cristy!

Overall, PSI is very responsive and does a professional job managing our community. I especially appreciate our community association manager, Jennifer Morris. She is capable, detail-oriented, organized and willing to go the extra-mile. In addition, she runs meetings efficiently, she is a great listener, and does it all with a professional, collegial, knowledgeable, and kind demeanor. Jennifer is a "winner" in my book!

As a real estate agent for 45 years, in the past 15 years the experience of working with property management companies has been poor. Answering machines take you all over the place to located the party you need to connect with, no call backs, etc. Yesterday that didn't happen. I needed to contact my client's property management company, Property Specialists to assist me getting information for my transaction for a property in a subdivision they manage. To my amazement, when I called their office a woman by the name of Nancy Enzenbacher answered my call. I couldn't believe that an actual human being answered my call. No answering machine taking me through a maze of prompts, etc. Nancy was a delight! Pleasant & knowledgeable. She connected me with the assistant managers office. While Melissa Micari, the assistant manager, wasn't in I left a voice mail requesting she contact me asap. To my surprise, I received a call from Melissa within an hour of my message. All my concerns and request were taken care of. My thanks to both of your employees for their professional & courteous service! They could teach a master class!

Our Town home Association (Bridge View Creek) is handled by Jacob at PSI Specialists Inc. Fortunately in my opinion, Jacob does a wonderful job and always responds to my any phone messages the same day. He is very knowledgeable, professional and patient in regards to any question or concern that I may have relative to my home and/or the Association in general. Furthermore, he will provide me with a logical answer or reach out to the Board and get back within a reasonable period of time with a response.
I have dealt with other previous property managers both on this property as well as a past residence and had not receive anywhere near the excellent service that I receive from Jacob. I am very thankful for his hard work and attention.

It's a shame to see so many negative reviews because so far our personal experience of working with Property Specialists has been great! Brandy in particular has been a huge help in getting a few issues resolved for us. Their online platform to submit violations, questions, etc. is easy to operate. Always get an email confirmation it was received and communication afterwards has been great both via email and phone call to get our needs taken care of. I can only hope and imagine this will continue as our neighborhood continues to use Property Specialists to help oversee our HOA.

Update: Joey Pena has taken over our community and I can’t say enough amazing things about her. She’s extremely responsive to any concerns or needs our board members have. In addition she gets task done in a quick and efficient matter, always staying in communication about what she is attempting to do or has done. Thank you Joey!

Our association switched to Property Specialists, Inc eight months ago. So far, I have been impressed with the quality of service and professionalism during my communications with them. I received responses in a reasonable amount of time. The representative I interacted with most recently, Brittany, was especially polite and responsive to our needs. While my recent concern hasn't been completely resolved yet, I am confident that it will be followed up with until it is indeed resolved. It has been refreshing to communicate with someone in a manner shows that they take pride in their work.

I am so impressed with how fast my problem with the roof was taking care of. But most of it was Mike’s service, he did a wonderful job. The association is blessed to have a knowledgeable, friendly, and caring person like Mike. I want to give a special Thank you to him for such an amazing job you did at my home. 😃

Alexandra has been our property manager for a few years. She is so knowledgeable, confident and a big part of our HOA Board team. Thank you for all you do.

PSI has been great, communication and response time is exactly what we were hoping for when we signed on… Kathryn Coconato, our manager is well informed and on top of the issues as we send them in not to mention getting proposals for vendors in a timely manner. We’re happy with our transition to PSI.

I just read some reviews . I can't believe people had a bad experience with PSI. I can not say any one bad word about our PSI. I have been living in our community since 4 years and I didn't have any problem with our Association. I had some troubles, first in my apartment and later  in my building, but it was solved very quickly. Every time somebody from management came for inspection and in a few days everything was done.  Our Property Managers Brittany and David are very professional and very very friendly. They are AMAZING !!!!  Every month they organize meetings with homeowners which is very unusual because  other companies have their meetings 4 times a year. Thanks that they are very easy to work with.

Kelly could not have been more helpful or professional! Beyond excellent customer service! She walked me through multiple steps that would have been very difficult for me to negotiate on my own. Great problem solver too!

Amanda Mccoy is always so helpful when we have questions. We just bought a townhouse 6 months ago.
Whenever we have questions she always gets back to us right away.
Amanda is very nice and gets things done quick.

I have lived in a PSI managed property for over a decade, the past three years as a board member, and have not had one bad experience with them. Our property manager Melissa B is always responsive, does a fantastic job with any issues that arise from residents, and keeps our community on budget in the short term and long term. Great management company to work with.

We had a fire sprinkler water leak at our condo. I contacted Leslie at PSI and it was inspected by maintenance the very same day. A contactor was hired by PSI and the sprinkler head was replaced. Problem solved. Excellent service!

I would like to take the time to highlight one of the property mangers Ariel Lepe. I have been working with her for years and she is one of the most caring, friendly, and professional managers on staff. I enjoy working with her because she does take the time to resolve any issues that arise in a timely manner. I strongly recommend property specialist management to anyone that is looking you will not be disappointed!
