I cannot put into words how thankful I am to be a client of yours. I have been recovering from reconstructive spinal surgery and needed an epidural scheduled for today. Last night my doctors office called me and told me that they could not get approval from the insurance company. I called my agent Joe Renzi and he was “ON IT”. Because of the amazing staff you have I received a call from Sabine she is “AMAZING “ Sabine was able to arrange a group call with my doctors office, blue cross and herself at 9:00am. Within 30 minutes Sabine had an authorization from Blue Cross and I was able to have my procedure at 11:00 this morning!!
