The Salt Room - St. Charles

My husband went floating today and had the best experience! The float pod is very spacious and the room was clean. Vicky was very helpful and friendly. She is the sweetest lady. To all wives: run there to get your husband a gift card. You won’t regret. My husband feels way less stressed and more appreciative after having this private one of a kind experience. He can’t stop talking about it. Definitely will be back.

My favorite place to be! I always feel like I can breathe 100x better when I leave, not to mention I am able to relax and unwind in the salt room. There is also a sauna, float tank, massage room, and a little area to buy local products. Vicki is an amazing and wonderful person, which just adds to the positive experience. Highly recommend!!!

Tried the salt room. You change into a robe and sit in an antigravity chair. The lights are low and there is nice spa music. Very relaxing!
I am at the end of a cold so hoping this will clear it for good.
Then did the infrared sauna complemented by the light therapy. It heats you from the inside out. Very relaxing for your muscles and joints.
Vicki, one of owners , was very pleasant and helpful. We will definitely be back!

I’ve been to many salt rooms and tried this one out for the first time. I cannot believe we have such a gem so close to home. The owner, Vicky, is very knowledgeable very attentive and service oriented. The spa is immaculate and beautiful the salt room is so very relaxing and comfortable. Next time I’m going to try the infrared sauna and the float. They look AMAZING. Very high quality equipment. Jason, the masseuse, is one of the very best I’ve ever had. They also have a store front gift shop with a great selection of candles, bath salts and essential oils. If you haven’t tried this place yet, I HIGHLY recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

My 1st ever experience with a salt room!! My friend and I were looking for one to try for the future. We had lunch in St. Charles and as we were leaving we Google salt rooms and was directed to this fabulous place called "The Salt Room" we didn't know what to expect..A Woman named Vicki made us feel very welcome!! She offered us an opportunity to experience it as we stood there.. we were the only ones there at that time..so we thought..why not!!! Omg!!! I plan on a return visit!! My body felt so relaxed and last night I slept better than I have in a long time!

What an outstanding experience! I liked it so much I’m squeezing in a review 5 mins after leaving and 5 mins before a conference call. Such a charming lobby so if you’re in the need of some adorable candles or wellness chachkies you won’t regret coming by! I did the float tank and loved it, so clean, very relaxing I will be back!! I wish I could say more amazing things because they deserve it but stop by today and help keep our local family owned business like this one stay the gem that they are!!!!!!

I love this place! The salt room and float pod are perfect whenever I need some quality R&R. The staff is always extremely nice and accommodating as well! They also sell products to help take the spa feeling home - the scrunchies are my absolute favorite!!

I love this place!! I went in to buy an item for a friend. The lady behind the counter was so patient and kind. She took the time to look up the item to make sure it was correct, took me over to the shelf and even picked it out for me. So super sweet and kind. I have told many of my friends of this place and hope they come visit. My husband would like to come try it out. I will be booking an appointment soon with this horrible migraine I cant get rid of. Thanks again for being amazing!! You are a great Woman and have an awesome place here.

A quiet place that is locally owned where I regularly use their infrared sauna and salt room since my gym's sauna is crowded and the salt room helps with my asthma. I treat myself to a float when my schedule allows me to. Everything is clean and so inviting. There are holistic items like essential oils and salt products to buy too. I usually fill up on the pharmaceutical grade salt the owner Vicki has available for my neti pot.

Vicki runs a lovely place. It is very clean, calming and relaxing. The Salt helps my respiratory system and also makes my hair very soft. Lol. Try out the infra red sauna and float tub if you can. They are also very relaxing and therapeutic. Vicki is a very caring and knowledgeable person. She is alway finding new things to have classes on to benefit her clientele.

Had my first saltnroom experience last weekend, it was amazing! Going back this weekend and bringing 4 other with me. Will continue going to THE SALT ROOM. The lady at the front is so nice and accommodating. Glad I found this place

What a cute little place! So friendly and it was awesome just sitting in the salt room relaxing with calming music. The glow of the salt lamps made it even better. Will definitely become a regular!

It's a wonderful experience and the workers are so kind. They make you feel at home. It's a nice place to relax and get some bathe items and other relaxing items.
