Hilton Garden Inn Bangor

Lovely property. Friendly staff. Everything was clean. Big sweet/stop shop. Amazing jacuzzi. Festive decorations for the holidays look great! Not close enough to walk to anything. Very nice!

Stayed for 1 night to attend a function held at the Garden Inn. Our room was clean and comfortable with normal amenities like a comfortable bed, in room k cup coffee, plenty of towles and all the soap you could need. Lobby is large and comfortable with complimentary coffee tea and water station along with friendly front desk help to greet you. The little pub and bar looked like a nice nook for a drink and small dish if you didnt want to leave the hotel plus the breakfast in the morning was filling with buffet style breakfast and omelets to order. I would recommend the ball room for gatherings because it felt intimate but with ample space for guests, service staff was quick to refill food as well as being friendly and the little dance floor was great entertainment for the rest of the night.

My arrival occurred ahead of schedule, and I must express my gratitude for the exceptional service provided by Amanda at the front desk. Her unwavering accommodation and invaluable assistance were instrumental in ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience during my check-in process. It's truly a testament to her courtesy and professionalism.

The hotel was so cozy and quaint. Staff was very helpful and accommodating. Fall decor really created a perfect environment and made this stay one of the best during our entire trip!

We were not able to check in until 6 pm, but this does not seem to be the norm with them, it was an unusual situation. Comfortable beds, clean rooms, and a friendly staff.

A group of 50 of us stayed at this hotel for a retreat/conference. We were treated like family and at the same time, treated as special guests. The food was fantastic, the employees were beyond professional and overall it felt like we were at a five-star hotel!

I'm a Hilton Garden Inn hotel-goer for life now. I'm an independent wheelchair user who was in town for a work trip. Hotels often offer "accessible" rooms, and although I don't necessarily need anything accessible, are hardly accessible. Hilton Garden (at least in Bangor) was an incredible stay and it offered the most accommodating handicap accessible room (and most importantly) bathroom I've stayed in. Was like it was designed by a chair user. The shower offered perfectly placed grab bars and a fold down PADDED shower bench to sit on, along with a wand you can actually reach. Full-time wheelchair users will know how impressive and important this is to protect ourselves. Along with a friendly staff, easy transaction, and delicious breakfast buffet ($15 added fee to room) this was the perfect experience.

This place was great. The staff were welcoming and check in was a breeze. I stayed in the king Junior sweet, the room was very nice and spacious. I loved the bathroom (silly I know), it had a great shower. Hilton has great bedding so that was super comfortable. I did not visit the restaurant on site but it looked like a nice amercan-irsh pub style restaurant and they do room service. Overall I would say my stay was excellent.

Our car broke down. And we were far from home . So happy they could accommodate us . And we booked for 3 nights . Our car got fixed early and they let us cx 3rd night no charge .

I’m leaving 5 stars and we didn’t even stay here. We stayed at the Hampton Inn across the parking lot - rating 5 stars due to the fact they were nice enough to let me come over & do our laundry since the laundry room at the Hampton was down… and the Irish pub was absolutely incredible! Oh and the interior/decor was absolutely beautiful!

We stayed here on our way to Acadia. The hotel is located away from the main road so it’s quiet. We were upgraded to a junior suite with a small living room - it’s spacious and has good bedding. We enjoyed the breakfast in the morning - we ordered blueberry pancakes and a bagel sandwich, they tasted delicious and were reasonably priced.

Overall great stay at the Hilton in Bangor Maine the place is brightly lit and clean. The staff is all very happy and pleasant, nice restaurant and bar, overall great experience if you need a place to stay when you're on the road. The rooms were really clean and very nice

Huge shout out to the awesome people at the Hilton, my pipes had been frozen for three days and I desperately needed a shower before work. These amazing people got me in instantly no questions asked when they didn’t need too. Very clean and incredibly friendly staff. Thank you Hilton!

The measure of quality management and customer service is when things go wrong ... in this case I made a booking error. The manager and staff were immensely kind in fixing my error, even though that resulted in having to cancel my stay. The hotel is clean and in a fairly quiet spot.

Great location just off I 95 and near restaurants. Beautiful newer hotel. Friendly staff. Very clean rooms well appointed. Gorgeous indoor pool and Hot tub. I highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent stay. I admire how hotel management used a good general contractor to finish out the rooms. The trim carpentry was excellent. I travel a lot and don't see that often. My family of our enjoyed our stay and will stay here again when we return to the area. Super staff too.

Staff is very polite, and I was blown away when one of the staff, Bridgett took it upon herself to print out dog friendly restaurants in the area for any families travelling with a dog.

Lovely experience with my boyfriend, brother, sister, brother in law, and their two children. The rooms were clean and orderly, will definitely return.

While the price seemed high for a hotel, it did match pricing on hotels nearby. Overall I was pleased to be able to use my points. We used this as a stopover to rest and get ready to visit Acadia National Park. The hotel was clean, had fresh complimentary water and coffee in the morning, and a well-stocked marketplace with self-checkout for us to stock up for the day. Self check-in worked correctly and I was able to use the digital key to open the exterior door as well as access my pre-selected room without having to stop at the front desk. In the morning, the front desk staff was friendly when I asked where the business center was to print out a pass. All in all a great stay with no issues!
