Went there to get my kids hockey pants fixed (loose Velcro). They fixed it immediately while we waited about 10 minutes. Very happy.

Horrible experience and customer services!

This is my second time ever writing a bad review.

I took my new Columbia and Canada goose jackets in to clean. My Columbia jacket turned out to be damaged with all the feather stuff in one side of the jacket. I went back in to let them know. She told me she did a dry clean on it when there’s directions on my jacket says it CAN’T be dry clean! I asked her what can we do about it. She said it’s not her problem! And she doesn’t want to argue and turned her back on me doing her own thing. Refuse to talk to me when I was nice talking to her the whole time.

Will never go back again.
And other places around are much cheaper!

Horrible customer service.

My girlfriend’s jacket was damaged after taking it into clean. The manager gave conflicting stories to both my girlfriend and I. And she refused to talk to us or take the responsibility of it. She even tried to claim it was Columbia jacket company’s fault. She was super rude. A completely different person than when we dropped off the jacket and prepaid her.

Horrible customer service and over priced. I would not recommend. I was also told to pay up front before they dry cleaned my clothes. I don't know if they applied that to just ME or ALL customers. Never had a dry cleaners request - this was the 3rd time I was going to use them. Not anymore. All I can say is terrible.
