Charles represented us when a private equity firm bought the commercial building where we owned a unit and were officed. They attempted to force us into a buyout that was also linked to a lease agreement to follow that was grossly unethical and absurdly to their advantage and would result in a sell price well below what they had already paid to the other 90% of unit owners. While I can't review the quality of his representation I can comment on Mr. Muscarello's responsiveness. I called and spoke with him over two weeks ago. He was in his car and I gave him a brief description of my legal issue. He asked me to email him the details and he would get back to me. I did as he instructed and emailed him that day. After not hearing back from him for a week I called his office and spoke to his receptionist who said she'd relay the message to him. Still no return call so I called his receptionist 2 more times and left similar messages for him to call me. I still have yet to have my call returned.
