AAA will always be the best people to call and buy their services. Hands down. They’ve helped me a lot.

I have the premier service and during the snow season here I locked my keys in my vehicle. I couldn't get a road side assistant to come out. AAA would not send anyone.

We had Monteith insurance agent for years. Once AAA bought it, it is a disaster. Can't speak to an agent, can't even get thru to one and they don't call you back. I called my insurance directly and they helped me move to a new agent.

Go to use it, and they said they won't even show up to replace the flat tire, do it ourselves. Waste of money. If you need roadside assistance, it's way cheaper to go through your insurance, plus they may actually help, unlike AAA. Oh, and good luck canceling your membership, it was easier to cancel the CC used for auto-pay

Doesn't tell you they only tow you if your broke down on the side of the road. You can't cancel a membership in the middle of it without paying for the whole thing. (You still have to pay if you cancel) terrible customer service
