Oakland Family Medicine

Great local medical practice right off the interstate. There was little wait for the appointment and all staff were efficient and approachable for questions and advice. If you live around oakland and need a pcp this is your place.

We are very happy with our physician who we have had for a few years now. The nurse that works with him is informative, very friendly, and helpful as well. We are glad to be here in this location because it is a more pleasant, personal, and caring setting for us as we age gracefully.

PCP went over all diabetes related questions thoroughly, did my husband's ears and we both got a flu shot. Katrina is a wonderful nurse.

I have been a patient with Oakland Family Healthcare since, goodness, approximately 20 years now. I have had nothing but good experience with them, from the office staff to the nurses AND the doctors. My husband, daughter, and both parents are/were patients as well, and they are all happy with them!

I'm going to write this review on my experience. I just had a 30 min phone call with the front desk and I do horrible with calls like these. That said (terry) the receptionist was amazing. Very polite and empathetic. To me these people are the face of the company so it's making a great impact. Now let's just hope the doctors are the same.

I just feel that reception('New Patient' Appointment bookers)could be much more mood appropriate..better bedside manners...little more 'joy' in the tone..and oh, tone down what I feel is 'rude tone'. Customer service skills need improvement. Im a customer service skilled rep..Id be happy to help hone some professional phone manners. Thank you.

Having two younger children I wish they were better with timing appointments. Every time I have gone here no matter what they are being seen for the wait is always 45 minutes plus. Today we walked out due to such a long wait we had an appointment at 11am and sat out front not even getting into a room for 50 minutes with our three month old. We made she he was feed changed and happy before heading there I had to feed again while waiting then finally decided to leave due to the long wait. Sad thing is it wasn’t even busy. There was one other person waiting and all the staff was running around like they were totally overwhelmed. Honestly thinking about changing at this point. We had an appointment for shots which to me seems like a quick in and out at I wrong?

Truly DISAPPOINTED I love having doctor Genesis Juat as my primary I follow him here from another practice but since coming to this practice I truly hate this place will not be staying such a shame every time I've called being sick I get told oh not this week or ithis week or it will be 2 weeks that's not how a primary should work so I went to the walk in and because my condition it complicated they recommended I call on Monday and guess what at 7.45 am told not this week and was willing to see anyone so don't waste your time here

Used to be a great place. I had Dr Steven's as a physician and one of the best I've ever had. Once he left they never called or notified me on anything even though i have called and asked questions. Now that I am in need of an appointment they now decided to kick me until 2024. Very slimey business practice and not how I believe patients should be treated.

Worst doctors office I’ve ever been to and I’ve been a patient for 8 years.

This place had a Doctor that cared...unfortunately she left and now we are left with an inexperienced punk that is really good at making you feel like a number. Want to feel like number and not a person? Well this is the place to go! Don't expect much cause you won't get it here.

There is 0 staff and they enjoy hanging up on you.
Its the weekend and the staff knew that so you probably would never want
to go there if you have any serious problem.
