I purched a new to me Triumph Tiger and had some technical questions that required access to manuals and expert technicians. I was helped by David, who went above and beyond in assisting me with all of my questions. He was very knowledgeable and honest and took time away from what he was doing to ensure I was set up for success. I would highly recommend JT Cycle for whatever your needs may be.

Very knowledgeable, helpful, and no pressure. They took time to walk me through options of various models, explained financing, provided service information, all while never making me feel rushed.

Fantastic support! David in parts and the whole JT Cycle team went above and beyond to get us a Master Cylinder Rebuild Kit. The guys here were awesome and were able to answer all of my questions. The shop is small, but they are willing and able to order anything you need. The turn around for the motorcycle parts we ordered is supposed to be very quick, so I am very excited for them to arrive.

Great service and about the prices you'd expect for a small local repair place. I have had oil changes done, fluids changed, batteries changed multiple times, a rear tire, and now a front tire. I've been pleased with them each time I go.

I have not been with JT for that long but I would be proud to stay with them. The shop is excellent, the people are excellent. What else can you ask for? The care an time they put into every individual definitely shows. I would recommend this historical Michigan shop to anyone. Even if they don't live in the same town. It's worth the drive for JT Cycle. They're just great.

I purchased a new FC450 earlier this year. Not only did I get a great deal, but the sales and service teams went out of their way to ensure the bike was ready for delivery during the short window I had for pickup. Service stayed late the day before to start prepping the bike and sales made sure the financing was submitted even after the shop had closed for the day. The paperwork was all ready for me to sign when I arrived and they went over all the features and details of the bike while the paperwork was being processed. The bike was loaded into my truck and I was on the road in under an hour.

Always treat us with great attitudes. Wonderful service. Busy men who get the job done and honest. No bull and straight up. Will trust them with the bike no matter what.
