Have always liked the quality of clothing, and the employees are always helpful but not pushy.

I recently came back and love all the great customer service at this store! Still a little pricey for me but watch for sales 😊

I love this particular location as they have so many choices!  And with Eddie Bauer,  at least for me - YOU HAVE TO experience the clothing and select it that way.   Online doesn't do them justice. And LOVE-LOVE-LOVE  the duffle bag I bought today!!!

I bought 2 light weight jackets perfect for wearing on walks. Both at SALE prices.

Friendly helpful staff. Good selection of Eddie Bauer gear with a variety of sizes readily available. Connected to the Laurel Park mall but has it's own outer entrance too. Plenty of parking since the mall is not too full of stores anymore. You can order online and pickup at the store. You can also return online orders to the store. Very convenient.

Great store, much better selection than the location at Twelve Oaks and had an awesome clearance section. All the employees were helpful and courteous, my boyfriend and I are going to thoroughly enjoy our new jackets. We will be returning Eddie Bauer customers for sure.

Jamie and Jennifer at this store were amazing! I got a coat for Christmas from my mom and needed a small instead of XS. They looked through all the stores in the US and found me a size small (when I had checked 3 other stores and online and couldn’t find one). They had the store I am getting it from honor the price my mom had purchased it for and shipped to me for free. Thank you for the excellent customer service, I could not appreciate more the extra steps you took for helping me!

Everyone in my family owns an Eddie Bauer coat. Their quality and warmth can't be beat. I always shop the Laurel Park store in Livonia, MI store because I get great service there. The store manager, Jen, walked me through all of the coat options for my daughter who needed a lightweight , long coat as she would be walking outside from building-to-building all winter. Jen helped me pick the perfect coat! For convenience this store can be entered from both outside of the mall or inside. The stock and store displays are always on point.

A few weeks ago I ordered a down filled coat online; delivery was promised in 7 to 9 days, but actually it was delivered two days after I placed my order. Unfortunately, the coat was too small, so I took it to the Laurel Park Place store to return. My salesman, Brent, was extremely helpful, looking in the back room to find the same coat in another color and similar coats in the color I wanted that had also been returned. And when checking out, in addition to the "Black Friday Week" discounts that had started, he suggested other discounts that I might qualify for. Great service all around!

I never knew much about Eddie Bauer or thought it was for me. I needed a winter jacket and it looked like they have great deals. I’m so happy I stopped! Christian is amazing! I bought a long puffer jacket. Best jacket I’ve ever had! I hate cold weather and you always seem to feel it. I’ve tried northface and Eddie Bauer is way better. It’s quality. I don’t feel the cold weather!! Love this location because of the service. Thank you!

Eddie bauer is one of the best value outdoor retailer when compared to Columbia and north face. This location has knowledgeable and friendly staff that help you find things quickly if you know what you're looking for.

Always great service and fantastic discounts on quality clothing. This Christmas they had one lady behind the register that was a little too degrading to her co-workers but besides that it is a great store!
