Went today and had an oil change and a flush out… I received wonderful customer service!!! They were very honest, affordable, and did not push or pressure for anything else other than what I needed. I will definitely be a regular. I highly recommend them

Just got my oil changed there, and I was pleasantly surprised that they didn't try to sell me anything else like most other places do. The guys were super friendly, and they gave me the price before they even started on my vehicle. They offered me a bottle of water while I waited. I think I found my go-to place from now on. Definitely recommend this place.

Great service. Great pricing. Very quick and efficient as well. Very trusting. I will definitely be back for all my oil changes, tire rotations, and wiper blade replacements. All the employees were professional and courteous. They did bring to my attention a couple underlying issues with my vehicle which I’m very thankful for. Great customer service. Got my coolant flushed out and an oil change. I explained some of my concerns about my car to them and they were super honest and friendly. I'm going back tomorrow so they can top off the antifreeze. 100 percent would recommend them!

Customer service was excellent!! They went over and beyond to ensure I was satisfied with getting a full-service oil change, decent recommendation, and offered coffee or water for the wait, which was a first for me. I was in and out no long wait time.

I've been here twice to service my new-to-me car (oil change & transmission fluid/coolant change), and I received speedy, exceptional service both times! The gentlemen working were very friendly, informative, and not pushy about services. I will be using them for future maintenance of my car, and highly recommend you do, as well!!

Mark was very helpful and professional. He checked transmission fluid that we thought by mileage needed to be changed. He showed us color of it and advised didn't need to be changed yet. He topped off water & checked all other fluids. Nothing was needed, no charge. We will be back for service another time!

***FULL SERVICE OIL CHANGE***

The customer service here is outstanding. They started off with giving me a water bottle. Their lobby is clean and there is coffee, juice, and snacks. They topped off all the fluids in my car and made sure my tire pressure was good. Very good recommendations on what oil / filters to use and they don’t just try to upsell you like most other oil changes. They value their customers here. They also open late, they close at 7PM during the week so I had time to go after I got off work. They also open on Sunday which is very convenient. Will be coming back.

The fast, efficient, and friendly staff provide a quality service at an affordable price! The full Scheduled maintenance inspection is included and keeps me up to date on my cars needs! They even allow customers to come any time in between oil changes for fluid top-offs and tire checks! Only place in Livonia that I'll trust with my family's vehicles!

My husband and I came into Express Lube and Oil yesterday and found out they have new ownership. To our surprise, we noticed that the place was so clean, freshly painted, and presentable. But the most important part was that we were very pleased with the great service we both received with our oil changes.
