From the moment my tow truck driver called me to let me know his estimated arrival time to picking up my truck was absolutely the best experience ever! I was treated with absolute respect and genuine concern. I was offered a loaner car with out me asking, my truck was repaired quickly and I was shown the problem immediately. I can't tell you how much I appreciate Family Auto Care and it's well trained and professional team members. They made a very scary and emotional incident into a WOW moment! I will definitely be returning for all my automotive needs.

Amazing service! My car was repaired in under a day for a very affordable price. Family auto is a very trustworthy company who won't try to get you to pay for unnecessary "repairs" like some other do. This only place I will be going for repairs from now on.

Great customer service and even better prices! I had taken my car to a Toyota dealership for diagnostics and they quoted me almost $1,000 to replace the rotors, brake pads, and calipers. A friend suggested Family Auto Care and Binh was able to replace all of the parts in the same day for HALF the price. I recommend this shop to anyone and everyone! I will definitely be back for any future car trouble.

I was referred to Family Auto Care & Transmission from a friend of mine a year ago. I needed new tires and brakes and they did a great job and it was reasonable in price. I have continued bringing my car to them for regular oil changes. I highly recommend Family Auto Care for your automotive maintenance and repairs. Bihn and his crew are very friendly, honest and professional. They know their stuff!

They were hired for roadside assistance towing by my insurance company. The tow truck driver did everything he could to get my car running before towing it, including getting someone out to help him. He informed me of the problem and what to ask of from my mechanic. I couldn't ask for more from this establishment. The treatment I received was exceptional! I highly recommend family auto Care!

A little bit out of the way, if you live in the city, but worth the trip for savings and quick turnaround. Best rates I've seen around town, and if the job took less time than estimated, the bill reflected it. They don't seem to markup parts, either. They're great, and especially good at Japanese imports (Toyota, Lexus, etc.).

My insurance set up a tow when mt car wouldn't start. The driver first tried to fix my car by re-connecting some broken wires. It didn't work, but I appreciate the extra effort. I then got a quick tow to my mechanic.

Broke down in Blaine on a hockey trip, wheel bearings. Called my mechanic at home to ask about pricing and he said they were on target with him and I'm kind of stuck at thier mercy so I have to say these guys are good. If they aren't going to mess with someone from out of town on pricing then I would trust them. Brought it in right before they closed on Saturday and Ben said we can get it fixed for you tonight no problem.

Bihn has worked on my Subaru, my dad's Acura, my girlfriend's Honda civic and accord. He never gives you the run around, he's respectful to me as a woman (which is really hard to find), and he never tells you to make superfluous repairs. His prices are great and the work is high quality. I'll be a life-long customer.

Great prices and excellent service. I had my harmonic balancer replaced in a shop in Wayzata last year but the part failed in less than 8 months.
I took my car to Family Auto and their quote was about half what BP Wayzata charged me for replacing the same part!

Used there tow service... Way quicker than I would have expected and James, the driver, communicated with me the whole time. Made a rough day easier than I could have hoped for. I would recommend them to everyone. Thanks again guys
