All employees and customers wore their masks (properly even), that was nice to see. Customer service was good and they were open and honest with me regarding my figure skate sharpening. They type of sharpening they could do wasn't appropriate for competition skating. Considering I haven't been on skates for 16 years that was perfectly fine for me.

I try to shop here for my hockey equipment when I can. Local businesses are important to support. They will still sharpen skates by hand if you ask and most places use automatic machines now which are vastly inferior. The staff here are helpful and friendly.

Extraordinary customer service! I stopped with my daughter, who needed new laces and skate guards - both of which I'm inept at putting on. The staff helped me lace her skates and cut the guards for us. They are always so helpful when we have questions and have great inventory.

After visiting some other hockey shops in the area, not getting helped, I noticed Letterman Sports. Evan was incredibly helpful in getting me into new skates and navigating all the different gear choices.

The staff that worked the night shift on July 19th did one hell of a job. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful. My local ice arena messed up the skate sharpening on my pair a skates and the guy who sharpened my skates that night not only fixed them, but he delivered the best skate sharpen I ever had. The store is clean and has a wide range of gear. Definitely 10/10!

Great prices on Letterman t-shirts and sweaters. Like 5 bucks on the shirts and 15 on the hoodies at last visit. Prices may vary. The Blaine avenue location is the one to go to. More selection. They have a room to try out hockey sticks equipped with net and pucks. They even had a pinball machine for my son to play while we shopped (play for free).
