Easy to schedule oil change using app, several reminders sent, courteous staff, done in the time they stated. Plenty of power plugs, coffee, water, even USB plugs for waiting customers, appreciate that!

Don't spend the extra money on tire care. They'll tell you that you can bring but they'll have to keep it overnight just to change the tire. They say they're appointment only and the appointments are full for least a month. If you do bring it in outside of an actual appointment then you cannot wait on your vehicle. Only people with appointments can wait inside. So now I'm left going to Bell Tire for service. Oh, and don't call and leave a message on their answering service because you'll never get a call back.
I was contacted by the service manager and after a conversation I felt like they actually cared about my situation and suggested that made feel like I chose the right dealership once again. Thank you Bill Brown Ford Quick Lane!!!

Have had all my oil changes and tire rotations done here. They take great care each time while I wait. I appreciate their great service and I check my oil when I get home myself and it is always right on the full mark and clean.

Love the staff. Waiting room is good for conversation with other customers and there is a liquor store across the street. Shuttle will take you wherever you want while you wait. Super nice. Alex is the best and cute too! They always take great care of my vehicle as well as wash it when they're done.

Needed my brakes checked and they checked the entire car for possible maintenance needs. Brakes were good but I need a wheel bearing replaced. I was happy. Obtained written estimates too.

Excellent service. I have had an oil change and replaced all my tires here in the last few weeks. They got me set up with an Owner Advantage account which I got $10 in for opening and also 5% of the cost of my tires. They matched the quote I brought them from Belle Tire. They also asked if I qualify for a Ford employee discount which I do but I would not have known about unless they asked - saved another $80. Staff was friendly and helpful.

When I brought in my 2015 Toyota Camry for regular maintenance, they ran into a fastener that required a special tool. They tried to see if they could get around it without damaging the fastener and then notified me what the hold up was. After determining that they couldn't get around it, they went to a mechanic store to pick up the tool that would work.

Unfortunately the tool broke so they had to go back to get another one. They kept me well informed the whole time about what the hold up was and though I was ready to pay the full price of the service they refused to charge me for it because of the extra time it took.

This kind of customer service and open communication makes me think that Ford is taking its customer relationships seriously and values that trust over profits. For that reason, Ford will be one of the vehicles I will seriously consider for my next purchase.

Nice customer service. Within walking distance of shopping area, park, and a library. Offers local ride service if you don't want to sit in the lobby. Does take close to an hour and sometimes over. They washed my car when they were done.

The write up people are very well versed and know and explain what might be wrong with your vehicle! A normal Oil Change you can plan at least an hour wait(at the best)!

Great experience today with our new tire purchase. I didn’t know that Quicklane would match tire prices from competitors and actually we’re cheaper than the tire place down the road selling the the same make and model.

They're pickup and drop off service makes life so much easier, and they had my car done in a fair amount of time with friendly employees!! I've had trouble at other Quicklanes, this is my go to place now!

I was in experiencing I minor problems with my f 150. So I took it here after go to a few other places and told that they do anything to with transmission. After my visit here I found that I was a quart and a half low. The guy here we're nice . Very helpful. Thx u guys.

Great place for vehicle check up report so you know what, if any, maintenance your vehicle needs. Will not try and sell service or product that your car doesn't need. Fast service, knowledgeable mechanics, reasonable prices and nice shuttle service.

Excellent fast professional service by a team of young people that know how to work together. Definitely recommend for an oil change -don't forget your coupons!
