Wendy's

My mother had a stroke and a bacon and cheese potato is like one of the only things she eats. We drove and no one had one. I called and the man saved my Mom 2 potatoes and made them perfect for her. I will return when you get service like that. They went above and beyond!!!

Hello my name is Lakishia Williams. I’m writing this survey my service at Wendy’s on Michigan Ave., Vernor was a 100% satisfied shout out to the team great people friendly and food was piping hot and beautiful smiles and iContact through the whole service. I really enjoyed and we’ll go again.

Speedy service and my food is always fresh. The evening staff are the ones I always encounter and they are very nice. I had a card issue last night at the drive thru and the lady with the soft beautiful voice was patient until I was able to figure out the issue. Thank you to the gentleman that delivered my food to my window as well. Great night team!

Great tasting food with quick and friendly service. My chili was hot and my side salad was fresh.

I've never had a problem at this Wendy's. Every one has always been pleasant. They need more help.

They sent in a whole new crew! It's like night and day couldn't be more satisfied to finally get service and have my food made accurately!
Thank God for the new crew.

Absolute worst. They take 1 order at a time thats it. Service is terrible. Corporate needs to shut it down or send a whole new crew.

All I can say is awesome they got my drive through order correct.
My only complaint is they don't offer grilled chicken on the chicken sandwich

Food was great as usual the service could be a little bit better than moves slow the atmosphere was great

I only gave food 4 stars because I keep getting the wrong salad. Not sure if someone is getting cesaer mixed with taco salad but they are both different salads 🤔

EXCELLENT SERVICE. I don't know who the ladys name is that has been working alone every morning the last week, with pink hair. She's Awesome, my food has been delicious!! I order the Chicken honey butter biscuit and wedges almost every morning and the biscuits are the best I ever ate!! Y'all gotta an excellent employee, this lady has it going on!!!

First visit to this location. Staff that I had interaction with through the drive thru were all pleasant and very kind. They were out of a few items and were very apologetic about it. I understand. The struggle. Thank you for being kind about it. I Know your tired thank you for being there and being pleasant and kind through your exhaustion and your uncertainty.

This particular outlets was clearly short staff but the guy on duty was amazing. I think he's better be called "fourman" he was up and doing while attending to customers. He was full of smile despite the pressure on him.
I didn't regret patronizing the outlet despite my longer stay on Queue.

I ordered the Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger, and the Baccon was crispy, which made me super happy. Fries were hot and slightly greasy, which is ok too. Server was very friendly. And quick.

Didn't have any t ranch dressing but other than that the strawberry summer salad was great and it's my favorite.

Great experience at drive-thru, breakfast order fresh and hot. Staff and management were professionals: friendly, big smiles and helpful. 😊👍

This Wendys was quick n accurate with my many add this minus this on my chicken and burgers. But I think bc its close to the airport a Krogers and other stores, prices are a tad bit higher. I dont remember ordering fries 🍟 were $1 still and I know I got 4 of those and 4 double stacks. I also got 2 JBC no mayo extra tomato 🍅 ans 2 of the deluxe crispy chicken 🐔 sandwhiches no may extra 🍅. The store was clean inside which I take notice everywhere I go. I went inside bc its easier to ✔ my food that I have it all n that its made correctly and easier on my Mother in Law bc I dont have a car myself.
