Oh my lanta, Jodi saved my life today. I'm being dramatic, but my package was SECONDS away from being sent back. Across the country. I was so grateful she saved it and found it, and I got there just before they closed, and everyone was beyond sweet. Thank you, FedEx!!

I worked with Steven and he was super helpful. I came close to close and he helped me package up a delicate item to make sure it wouldn’t break.

I had an issue with customs that FEDEX's own custom's department couldn't figure out. The guys at this ship center were on point in keeping in constant contact with me each day until it was resolved over the phone. I've never seen a local fedex chain store go above and beyond, thanks guys!

Honestly the best costumer service I have revived in a while! There was a package complication and Yessenia totally helped me and was such a nice person and she helped me fix the problem, and made sure no more problems occur for the near future! I appreciate them all so much! I highly recommend these guys. I don’t usually write reviews that often but I just had to write this one.

I sent a package around 3 in the afternoon to go from Michigan to Ohio and by noon the next day it had been received. I am very happy with the service and I can't say enough for the young man who helped me and was the most efficient person I believe I've ever dealt with. The lady working with him was also efficient working with another customer. Thank you to these 2 great employees.

Efficient. Answered all our questions and concerns. Told us when our package would arrive. Twice as pricey as the post office but at least FedEx promised a delivery date and time period. Time is of the essence as the saying goes.
