Staff was friendly and helpful.

3 minutes to close on a Friday night, staff took my order for grande coffee with a smile!

First of all Makayla is the best. She was so cheery and accommodating getting our order just how we liked it with the best attitude. Now my favorite Biggby. Also our drinks were perfectly how we requested. And the area is also beautiful.

This is by far my favorite biggby coffee location around, I have became a regular here since I am now attending school in the area and I always look forward to coming by on my breaks to get a drink and visit my favorite biggby Baristas!! the attitude of the girls that work here are always wonderful, Makayla is always in the most upbeat mood and great attitude and I am always happy to see her! very grateful for the kind staff who always make my day better!!!

The staff are always so friendly and helpful. They tend to be busy and a bit understaffed, but they get things done in good time. I often don't know how to explain what I'm looking for but they always help give advice and offer ideas and options to me. They the atmosphere there as well, very relaxing.

I am a patron here as well as a Grub Hub driver, and I just LOVE the staff at Bigby in Spring Lake! They are friendly, fast and always a joy to be around!

I have always been a Starbucks person. Until last weekend. My husband and I stopped at the Spring Lake Mi. shop. Staff were wearing shirts with LGBTQ pride colors. I will not go back to Starbucks. Thank you for openly displaying your love for all people. You’ve got my business.

There is one barista in particular that changed it around for us because we had so many bad experiences with rudeness and messed up orders at other locations that we weren’t going to come back to BIGGBY again, and that barista is Mikayla( I am sorry if I butchered the spelling of her name). She is always bubbly and smiling, she is super friendly and basically just awesome. She lightens your mood and I have never had as much friendliness from anyone in customer service ever. She is a fabulous person and deserves recognition. The world needs more people like her. 😁

Really great experience, as most of the girls know what I order. Always helpful 2 offer advice on whats good. Which is how I tried the teddy bear? I believe that was the name anyway it was yummy.

Great service! They were totally swamped this morning but still were very polite, apologized for the long wait time, and rushed to get me my drink! I usually don't like Bigby coffee but I'll be back for the excellent service.

I wish they allowed customers to tip on credit cards. All I had on me was a quarter and my drink costs 5.08 so that means I only gave, like, a 5% tip smh

The woman taking orders at drive thru was very accommodating. she was friendly even though they were very busy and she made time to answer my questions. The Americano I ordered was made perfectly.

Awesome staff and they make our drinks right. We always use our bogo coupons here, if it's not bogo Wednesday! Free shot Friday, to end the work week.

im always so happy to go into biggby because of the friendly and supportive atmosphere you don’t really get anywhere else. consistent and quality products are always available there, and on top of that the shop is always welcoming. i wouldn’t go to any other coffee shop.

The two workers that was working when I went in to order was AWSOME! so patient and helpful and understanding. I love biggby coffee! So many different kinds of coffee to try!!
