Kohl's

Had to make a quick pickup for some office work shirts and found out at checkout that my old Kohls card/account was inactive (due to inactivity) and that without it, I would miss out on the discounts which had been part of my purchase choices.

Tahmelia was my cashier and she was awesome. . . She was super personable, and also quickly set me up with a new charge account/card and made sure I got the discounts available on my purchases. Her personality and knowledge of how the system works makes her a great asset to the customer service staff.

Checkout was Super friendly during a busy time!! Faith showed me more that I can access on my Kohls app!! Had everything I went for and of course, On Sale!

Charity was very helpful in the process at the register to update my current mailing address. I did not have to deal with the change of address on-line or by phone. Thank you Charity for your assistance and your friendly and cheerful attitude.

My shopping experience was very successful and pleasant. It was very gratifying to have sales personnel available and eager to be of assistance. They are very personable and went out of their way to be helpful.

Muskegon probably has the best Kohls store in Michigan. We have been to so many other Kohl stores in Michigan,Indiana and Illinois. This store is so well organized. The displays all have a pop to them. Items are clearly marked .Such a friendly and helpful staff. Quick easy check out including new self checkout.

In a day and age when customer service is an afterthought, I was extremely impressed by the employees at Kohl's in Muskegon. Chase took her time from what she was doing to help me find my first formal wear outfit. She even helped me match a shirt, belt and shoes. I was so grateful for her help. What a pleasant surprise. Well done to Chase, Nick and Kiara.

The cashier Jacob, made our checkout experience fantastic! He was efficient, accurate, quick, and friendly. A couple of the items we bought were for our pets. He asked us about our fur babies, and since there was no one behind us in line, we got to see a picture of his dog that he rescued. (Which was adorable!) Everything we bought was on sale. We received Kohl's cash, and yet the highlight of the night was checking out!

Damoni, our cashier was speedy and made sure we used all the coupons we had available. He is very friendly too.

The Muskegon, Michigan, Kohl's store is the BEST! The associates and managers really care about your shopping experience, and they do everything they can to help you find what you're looking to buy. I love the Kohl' brands and national brands that are carried in the store. With the awesome sales, percentage off coupons, Kohl's cash, and rewards, I know that I am getting the best deal in town. Keep up the excellent customer service!!!
