Lots of options. I particularly like this location because their clothing selection is much more than the other targets I've been to. Very wide selection of seasonal decor year round as well. We typically get a Starbucks drink inside and then do our shopping. Never a big wait and they are really good at keeping things stocked

Our hotel was right next to this Target and I was glad to be able to place a drive up order for a few things we needed for our trip and quickly pick it up. The person who brought out our order was quick and friendly.

We did not go into the store, but were happy with the selections available for our drive up order. I would stop here again - the location was convenient as well. Also because we stayed at the hotel next door, I could see that they had many solar panels on the roof. Good for them - thanks Target!

During my most recent visit, I received simply amazing customer service by a young man who is the definition of phenomenal customer service. Not only did I receive extraordinary customer service from Justice at the Norton Shores, MI store but after he helped me find the item I was looking for, I witnessed him happily offering help & having fun with two other shoppers as well as quickly offering assistance to fellow co workers showing them how to get bikes down from the rack. Target has a valuable asset in this young man, a leader by example and a wonderful customer service ambassador of the store. Kudos Justice!

Went to this target yesterday, the target itself was as average as they come, but the store employee in the fitting room (Brenda) was the nicest, sweetest and most helpful lady ever. She helped us and others with clothes and also helped me access the 30% off coupon, which was great! Thank you Brenda!!

Staff was very friendly and helpful when needed. The price rang up wrong and cashier fixed it right away and was so nice to me. They also had a young man dressed with a Spiderman mask on in the store and all the kids loved it.....GREAT IDEA/JOB Target it made my grand daughters so happy it was her 4th birthday that day so I got a picture with him. He was very nice to all the kids in the store by saying hi, waving and letting parents get pictures. Thank you Target for making my granddaughters special day even more special

I stopped in looking for red nails there weren'tany in the isle & then Christana helped s0 So much she showed me all the options I/ they had even went in back to get one more kind for me

The employees in the toy section were extremely helpful in setting up your app so that I could take advantage of your discounts. Erick in particular was so patient with me through the whole process and ensured that I knew how to use it. I was very impressed because good customer service is rare these days.

Found exactly what I needed and no long lines to checkout

We got everything we went in to buy and I was very impressed with our final price at the checkout. We joined Target's Circle rewards program and it has really paid off! The Norton Shores, MI store was very clean and the associates were all friendly and helpful. The employee who helped us check out was particularly fantastic!

Good customer service is rare nowadays. Michelle G has phenomenal customer service skills and I really hope the Target establishment appreciates her whole heartedly.

I can find what I need and want. This Norton Shores stores stocks and sells things fast, so if you see it and want it; take it; because when you come back it will not be there. Great place to shop. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable of the store.

Great visit! Got a ton of help from literally your best employee- Sky. WOW! She literally gave us the top service, helped us move our giant desk and bookcase and chair on a flatbed, and even helped us load the car. Talk about someone who understands customer service. Give her a raise immediately! Thank you for such a great experience Sky.

James in the electronics department provided exceptional customer service when I asked for help locating a product. Target did not have it in stock, but he checked the system for an expected delivery and even called another store to see if they had the product I was looking for.

Prices are about level with other competing stores. Store is well maintained and easy to navigate. Products are easy to find. Employees are friendly and always ready to answer any questions you may have. Customer service is always understanding and trying to help resolve any issue right away.

I had called the Norton shores Target, and spoke to an associate in the electronics department over the phone named Andre, I was looking on the Target app on my phone and it showed the TV I wanted was in stock, it is just over one hour from my house to the Target store and I did not want to drive all the way there and not have the TV in stock, so I spoke to Andre, in the electronics department, and he said he would put my name and phone number on the TV and hold it for me till tomorrow he also informed me that he started work on Friday at 1:30 p.m., I took a half a day off work and was at the Target store in Norton shores at 1:30 p.m. I spoke to him for quite some time and we went over all the different TVs and the wall mounts that would hold the TVs and I was having trouble deciding whether I wanted a 43-inch or a 50 inch Samsung TV that we're both still in stock, I ended up buying the 50 inch TV and was so impressed by Andres help and another man that worked in the electronics department which I do not know his name those two employees were extremely helpful and I received a 5% discount by using my red card and an additional 5% discount because it was my birthday, situations like this continue to bring me back to that Target store for purchases, you have an excellent staff that is extremely helpful and not just for purchasing high-end electronics but all through the store people are extremely friendly and so many times you hear the negative so hopefully you can give the electronics department, and many others a pat on the back, I am extremely satisfied with my purchase and really appreciate the help especially Andre and the female cashier that rang me up. Have never had a bad experience at this Target. Employees are always super helpful, store is clean, and Target has definitely been good on their prices of most things.

Was in a hurry and had the best help at Target in the electronics department. In and out of the store… Muskegon/Fruitport store is very nice and clean too!!
