Jack's has long been my go-to because I love how much they support the community, but tonight I had one of the rudest, most dismissive clerks I've encountered. Definitely soured my perception of the place and I'll be looking for an alternative going forward.

I moved over near this jacks in May after living by the one on apple for years. I was so excited that it was right down the road and had similar products. Once covid hit I continued to use the store even though I have an exemption for wearing a mask. Never had any issues until today. I was told I must wear a mask and the guy tried to give me one. I told him I couldn't wear one and he repeated you have to put this on, very rudely I might add. Wont be going back even though I've been using jacks since there was an ezmart 😪😪
