This is a bigger store at the lake mall in Muskegon. Lots of variety and I found everything I was looking for! Great prices and very helpful staff.

We were able to dress our groom, his father and brother with very little fuss and very economically, too! Very helpful and friendly staff.

DONNA was amazing. I am a browser buyer and I used to work in jewelry. (I’m just one of those.) I walked up to the counter and she offered help, but wasn’t too pushy. My wedding is in October, and I was looking for a band to match my unique engagement ring.

She was so excited to show me she had the perfect black diamond band in the 10k white gold I was looking for. I couldn’t find one in store at another jewelry retailer around here, and was ready to order online. I was honestly looking just to look and along came the right one. Kismet? Karma? Whatever happened, happened.

She totally brightened my day. During these times, us brides are running into crazy shipping issues and delays and everything. Most employees across the board have understandably lost their drive to help desperate customers. But not DONNA. She was so awesome and renewed my excitement.

We used there jewelry department and the sales people were AWESOME!!! We actually had the opportunity to speak to the manager and she was so helpful with our questions and she had the sales lady take over and they done a Wonderful job on my Wife's ring she Loves it. Thank You Ladies for all your help..

Shopping online will never be as good as getting out to shop at a department store. We buy all the kids shoes and winter boots here. I will never buy shoes without trying them on first. I like picking items out myself. I believe the loss of this way of shopping diminishes our quality of life and I hope we don't lose this opportunity and experience to internet shopping. We love this store and hope it stays.

I love this place. Something for everyone. Great sale prices. And if they don't have my size I can order it right there to have shipt to store free or to my home for a price. I get 1x and 2x, juniors girls and men's here.and I've been shopping here for 22 plus years...and its the only place I can get mens jeans in a 30x29.

I actually went shopping 2 days in a row. Both times The staff was AMAZING! I had help from Avion and the Alyssa and each of them knew their jobs and were great with my questions! Wonderful experience!

I had an awesome experience. I went to the Grand Rapids location last week and was totally disappointed. I decided to give this location a try and it was the best decision ever. A big shout out to Beth, (the baby whisperer) she was engaging and patient. She allowed us as much time as we needed to quiet our fussy 6 week old with a reassuring smile on her face. She went as far as to assist us with soothing our bundle of joy. I would recommend everyone to go get the Beth experience when capturing their loved ones image. 🤗 Thank you again Beth, the drive and your professionalism and warmth was well worth it. I wish I could give you a raise.

Great customer service, I was asked if needed help by every employee that walked by. Greeted with a smile and watched as the manager walked around explaining things to employees in a very positive way. You don’t see service and care like that at many places. Good job JC Penny Muskegon
