Fair, honest and reliable service!

I took my car here after getting the runaround from the dealer for almost 2 months. I dropped it off on a Monday, they diagnosed the issue and fixed it by Tuesday. They are very fairly priced and they do great work. I will definitely use them in the future for any car repairs I may need.

You should never pay someone to do a job you can do yourself. BUT, if you're going to pay someone to work on your car, Roy's is the place to go! They provide honest quotes, have fair prices, and do great work, even if it's not a routine repair on a car.

Roy is very flexible. He treats his customers with courtesy and respect. If, on the rare ocassion, he doesn't know something or isn't sure, he tells you. He does a lot of researching on all the new vehicles and equipment. He doesn't believe in over charging or charging for simple repairs. He has taught his son and the rest of the staff to treat everyone with respect.

When I got my car to "Roy's Garage" it was running pretty well again. However he listened to exactly what I was saying and then replied the only way for me to find it is to simulate the same situation are you okay with that, and does that make sense? "Yes, of course " I replied.
He was able to educate, duplicate and locate the core issue; fixed it with in a very reasonable manner. We discussed other less threatening repairs I needed assest, I have an appointment to return next week to address a few more. Meanwhile mechanically she is running much smoother.
The quilty time "Roy's Garage "personnel took to listen to my problem and then educate me during the solution process was of tremendous value. I don't know of any other mechanical garage out there so eager to teach other's - if you can do the work yourself do it.
But, if you need a hand "Roy's Garage" technique and style of business exceed most expectations. Truly amazed and thankful we have business places like this one still actively investing in helping others make progress. . .

This is the only place I'll take my car even though I'm now a half hour away. I can't recommend them enough.
