This location is very friendly with easy return on products that don't meet expectations or cause issues. I purchased a fiber powder from this location and discovered after opening it that it contained an ingredient that I was allergic to, it was expensive but the associate took it back no questions asked and issued me a credit on my card for the full amount. Great service experience.

Love it! They sell homeopathic remedies including Boiron and Hyland brands... Huge selection here! Helpful service and clean store, lots to look at but neatly arranged. Online shipping is free with $25 purchase. More selection online but the kind lady said they carry 8,000 in store. Recommend!

I visited the store in Ann Arbor and was greeted by Brandon and he was the greatest and was very impressed with the store and all of it's products . I will definitely do all my supplements through them and feel confident that if l need any more help Brandon is the man to see.

I went there on September 10th because my Amazon order did not come to my house on time. not only did they carry the item I needed but when I told the manager that my problem was I didn't get it on time from Amazon he matched Amazon's price. Regular price was $17.99 and he sold it to me for $10.71. we need more stores and people like that. completely satisfied.

The Manager -- & perhaps owner -- greeted me as soon as I walked in. I was shopping for a friend, so seeing the store rather overwhelmed me...I had no idea where to begin. He asked what I was looking for, & I read off the exact name & description my friend had written. & he was able to go straight to the item! I was awe-struck!!!

The Ann Arbor location off Washtenaw is phenomenal. The staff is so helpful, knowledgeable and genuinely friendly. It's always a pleasure and a comfort to know all of my questions will be answered, and I won't feel at all pressured to get more than I need. Tyler and Cameron have been particularly wonderful, and I appreciate all of you :)

The customer service is superb! You get one on one assistance from an employee, who stays with you, shows you everything they have in what you're looking for, explains the differences between each brand or product... The employees there know absolutely EVERYTHING there is to know about every product in the store. They do NOT engage in trying to upsell or to get you to buy more than what you need.

Every time I go in to get special vitamins prescribed by my Dr., the employees welcome me warmly. And Anna personally helped me find what I needed, and made a special trip to check if the brand of vitamin D3 was available that my Dr. suggested. I always get individual one on one help whenever I come in to get vitamins.
